Guess there's people like this. I got a buddy in adult rec hockey league. He had a girlfriend for like 20 years before he married her in his 50s. I guess these guys are extremely cautious and maybe hope to do better. Gotta watch it in some states your relationship could be deemed a common law marriage, and thus be subject to getting looted in court as one would in a divorce if things don't work out. Looks like Pennsylvania abolished common law marriage in 2005 so this probably doesn't apply here
Such a condescending attitude towards women. This is 2025, there are plenty of women that are more educated and make more money than hockey players. If the hockey players picks a young groupie that's after his money and that's going to take care of him instead of a more equal partner like a pro female tennis player, a successful businesswoman or artists. If you pick up a baby factory/arm candy to take care of you then you pay the price.
A pro tennis player, artist or professional business woman is NOT considered arm candy? If a man is reaching for those kinds of women to be in a relationship with, there is some status he is chasing to go with it. Let’s not forget the mention of a baby factory!!! That’s a lovely way to reduce a woman’s worth down to whether a woman is fertile or not. In your own words, this is 2025.
He's already married to hockey
I guess a person's view will depend on whether they consider marriage as a covenant with God or just a contract between two people.
smarter then that McDavid kid.
The girlfriend wants to make sure she gets her share in case of.
“Would you get married as an NHL player in 2025?”
“Let me tell you how loud the Seahawks fans were”

Many many tax benefits to marriage kiddo
lol like what? How about NONE. Or do you mean RRSP splitting? goof
@ when you have assets and things like mortgages and investments you get better tax breaks when you have a spouse and children. Goof
@@donnieanddad2012 Any tax benefits are swallowed up by the higher cost of having a spouse and children.
