I think they should have a website to show you the reason your card didn’t gem up. A lot of yours looked perfect and didn’t gem. I want to know why for the money it cost

Just sent my first order to PSA today. 20 cards at $15. I used a desk magnifying glass with light so I was real tough on mine. Started with 50 cards but 30 didn’t make the cut. I think you do a better job reviewing the actual PSA graders.

Awesome reveal! I'm jealous on those Julio Update Chromes as all mine from my case got 9s. I bet on the 6 when you look more you will find a "finger nail" dent. I had the same thing happen and when I did a futher look I found it. Hope to see more PSA reveals!

I’ve noticed in my recent submissions that if a card looks off centered with the naked eye, it often gets a 9 even though it might fall within the 60/40 range.

I couldn't help but laugh when the Wander 6 got revealed right after you were talking about white borders being easier to grade. I feel that always happens when my hopes start to get up they crumble back down.
That Hunter Greene gold looks right heavy. Surprised it got a 10, but after that Wander 6, I guess nothing should surprise me

Those blue black golds are super tough. Like the Chrome Update Purples, I almost never see a PSA 10 for sale.

There is a reason why people are so frustrated with PSA. It seems like their grades really go beyond card condition. Those SP grades are hilarious. All of mine gem’d and had the same centering as yours.

Based on the Sapphire Julio base pop report, and my own PSA 9 Julio Sapphire, I think where the Julio was on the sheet when they printed them was a bad spot, because most had a bad edge. Mine was otherwise flawless. Still happy to own a PSA 10 Sapphire Bobby!
The problem with them is some vertical scratches on the bottom left and right sides

I love your videos man these are sick cards and great PSAs btw I got a Bobby witt jr and Franco heritage high number rookie performer cards and I agree I love them they look great always love opening heritage.
Styker, love the videos, but if you’re gonna bluer out the “9” and “10” in the thumbnail, you also gotta blur the “mint” and “gem mint”
They obviously don't care about the back of the cards, that Pink Wave was off on the back. Congrats on getting a 10, but it just shows the major inconsistency that PSA has when grading, who's grading.

I’ve read in ancient Sumerian texts this:
Getting a 10 from PSA is similar to fighting and killing a god.
I heard a proper goat sacrifice is the proper way the ancient Sumerian people used to do massive animal sacrifice for each 10.
Also Fanatics is getting into grading.
I would know because I wrote code that can grade a card and it’s authenticity with nearly perfect code. A month of perfect code, maybe my best ever, and they are very interested.

I know I'm no pro but some of those seem like they arbitrarily decided one was a 9 and one was a 10 when they looked really no different. lol But again I realize their process is probably more rigourous. Also seemed like they were way harder on the auto's.

What makes Nootbar an 8?
You gonna need some minor industrial grade equipment to remove that plastic.
I used to date an architect and she was able to remove a card from plastic to the place where you could put in another card and then re-seal it.
But I never understood why a person should have an issue with the way the card was made.
You didn’t print it, nor did you make the cut.
If anyone should get the 8 or 9, it’s Topps. Not you.

Just opened 2 hobby boxes of 2023 series 2 and I have to say that I'm very disappointed. 2 consecutive boxes numbered in sequence and not one noticeable card worth even mentioning. Sorry but I won't be ripping much after what I just experienced
@2:40 this is exactly why you should boycott PSA. The dumbfounded silence after seeing the grade with absolutely no reasons listed. Please stop the madness. BGS at least lists why they graded the card, or TAG it.

PSA has equipment that can magnify the card exponentially, making it much easier to see any damage that the human eye might miss.
I for the life of me can't understand why people pay so much money for rookie cards makes no sense ...j rod has the potential of a Alex Bregman Corey Seager for 5 years we've seen people buying rookie cards at peak an losing money 98 percent of the time in baseball position players never hold value ...in 20 years know one is gonna care about a wander Franco card it's like buying a joe crede rookie card for $1400
