There are some people who were just in the wrong place at the wrong time or in my case, I was a music teacher for ten years and ended up in an abusive relationship that I couldn’t escape from at the time and was forced into a stolen vehicle. I was charged with conspiracy to commit auto theft in a small town and thrown in jail for 6 months before the judge heard my case and granted me parole. I never had one violation and successfully completed it. My life was forever changed and I’m left to pick up the pieces but I have a beautiful 2 year old son now and every day is a blessing. Just because we’re labeled “criminals”, We are not all the same. This man in the video though is terrible and deserves the highest punishment possible.

In the State of Missouri there’s NO parole system house call visits!! The parolee has to go in person to see their parole officer and they have to pay $50.00 fee for the visit!!

No. How about having the parolee come into the office and present a mortgage or lease agreement, one or more utility bills and either a driver's license or state issued identification card specifying the proclaimed address? Think that might work? Would the satisfy the requirement inasmuch as making a physical check of the home? Yes.
