I was charged with conspiracy to commit auto theft in a small town and thrown in jail for 6 months before the judge heard my case and granted me parole. Why was that horrible person released from prison anyway? I hear that if you've been to prison more than 15 years you should never be released.

Why doesn't each state have 3 police officers with a parole officer? They need to meet with the city ASAP!

"Welfare check" means potential custody for mental or physical health issues. 2 parole officers should have been there. The parolee wouldn't have wanted to be taken in even if for his own good.

This can happen anywhere. Chevy Chase is one of the wealthiest parts of the U.S. It's part of the Montgomery County School District, which boasts several top 100 schools in the country. Most of the houses in this area are no less than 1 M.
