Hello Dr.Hoium,
The anatomy of I.A nerve might very uncommonly vary in a few segments of population, it's better to give the block more superiorly from the plane of occlusion, also Gow gates block has a very effective success rate. As Dr.Hasan mentioned giving block twice is very effective 👍 1.Gow gates

I always give 2 shots of inferior alveolar nerve block before any procedure on lower teeth then let the patient sit straight with head down for 5 minutes

Nice Hasan - I routinely double-block as well. Seems to work fairly well. Out of curiosity do you do both injections exactly the same or do you do two different blocks? Thanks for watching!

Online Exodontia the fact is I inject twice but the injection location is far about 6 to 10 mm away, but it’s the same material , I use mainly 2%
