This is one of those few instances where the anniversary music is more impactful than the original. The classic library ambience was fairily neutral compared to this. This has that creepy eerie chant that sends shivers down my spine.
This one is pretty good, but I still prefer the original. To me, this one focuses more on the horror of the flood. Whereas the original more focused on the mysterious, unsettling, and even ominous nature of the Library. Huge winding alien hallways, built for what purpose?
@@frost7463 The original sounds psychedelic, and is nowhere near as in your face. It's like this one is obnoxiously saying "look guys, this is creepy ambience" while the original was much more background ambient, with the quiet strings

I disagree for this theme. This iteration is much, much creepier. Makes you feel very alone and lost.
