I'm reading the ACOTAR series for the first time right now. I'm on the 3rd one. I have NEVER been this obsessed with characters, a world and writing in my life. I am completely consumed by it !

I was blowing cat hair off my iPad screen at the same time the bookmark flew away and for a second there honestly thought “wait, did I do that??” Then reality kicked in and I realised it was just a fluke. 😂😂😂
Vengeful + Victorious were (allegedly) supposed to be separate but the author decided to merge them both into Vengeful (ie why she's a little more chunky).

Your timer method reminds me of the app Bookly I don’t know if you’ve ever heard of it I don’t hear too many people talking about it but it is my fav book tracking app, basically you start the timer each time you read & it tracks all your reading sessions & all the books you read etc, it tracks your stats & it has goals you can set & achievements you can unlock.. if you haven’t checked it out I highly recommend ☺️
love a 24 hour readathon, it's crazy how much you can read in that time. Reading screentime is also an interesting one to be able to see what you could read if you weren't on your phone all the time😊😊

a third book for the villain's universe has been confirmed by her! she mentioned that its just going to be awhile before she gets to it because she has a couple books planned first :)
I actually just saw VE Schwab at Addie’s paperback tour and she did briefly mention the third book of the Villains series. She didn’t say anything about a release date, but since she mentioned it I do think it’ll be on the way!

So I did some Research about the vicious, vengeful, victorious thing and seems like victorious is supposed to be a novella or an unofficial second part between vicious and vengeful. 🤷♀️🤷♀️
I read every summer after before love and other words and I gave both 4 stars. However if someone asked me to recommend one over the other it would 100% be love and other words!
Every Summer After was so difficult for me! I read it super fast but the last 50 pages made me so mad, I no longer cared what happened to the characters. The ending didn't seem appropriate or realistic based on what happened. I just feel like Percy hurt so many people but then faced too few repercussions.
So l started reading on 10pm and the book had 999 pages and then l was reading and was in the last page and saw l was reading for 24 hours even my sis me and my sis are so tired bye gn me and my sis are going to sleep for 1 day
SPOILER EVERY SUMMER AFTER: i hate this book so much! I HATE the cheating trope, but i’ve loved “ Love and other words “, cause that one is not about cheating but Elliot was raped at the end of the book 😢 so i don’t find these two books very similar..
Same. Personally didn’t like every summer after. Loved sam, he reminded me a bit of Elliot. Just the fact the cheating happened with sams BROTHER. I’d be damned if that every happened irl to me where my s/o cheats on me with a sibling. it’s fiction but it still bothers me.. nope. But I am definitely giving Carley’s second book a chance. I hope that one is better.
