      As mentioned in the video, this video aimed to lay the foundation for your own research. The list is longer than the 5 careers I mentioned. As such, I urge you to read up more about what job opportunities are out there and whether pursuing this degree in the South African context is realistic or not.

    How do i align my job to my passion??

    • @RorisangMabogoane
      @RorisangMabogoane  2 місяці тому +3

      In my opinion, and we all have different views on this, but I believe it takes a whole lot of self reflection to see what excites you, what strengths and skills you have as well. I think people misinterpret “find something you’re passionate about” as something to do with fun. And the reality is that not everything you find to be fun can actually be turned into a job. I believe passions stem from what you are good at and what you came be woken up in the middle of the night to do without dragging your feet. With this being said, looking for jobs that require your strengths and skills but also keeps your mind fresh with new knowledge is what I view as an alignment of your passions to your job. As I mentioned, we all have different views on this topic but these are just my views ❤️
      I hope that helps ❤️

    This is so informative... Thank you for this ❤❤ is a Bcom in Project management worth it in SA?... Your thoughts?

    • @RorisangMabogoane
      @RorisangMabogoane  2 місяці тому

      In my opinion, I would go the BCom Business Management (it’s more broader, giving you a larger scope of careers to choose from) route then do a short course in project management. From my experience, a lot of the project managers I’ve encountered or worked with in the past didn’t necessarily study it as their main qualification but rather did things like SAFe, PRINCE2 and Lean Six Sigma training to enhance their project management skills

      Good day, I hope you’re well. I don’t understand your question so I, unfortunately, cannot reply. I am not sure if this is a question or a statement as this is an incomplete statement. As mentioned in the video, there are way more careers to explore which you can find with your own research. This video was aimed to simply lay the foundation for the conversation at hand. I trust the above is in order.
