Honda Talon - JEI Offroad Bed Extender

no it will not, I have one and its the reason i didn't buy it because the OEM hard box wont fit with this extender installed

So you loose about 8” in width to gain 6” in depth?

Yes, you'll lose some width where the mounting brackets sit.

Which ozark cooler is it that fits better? I have the 52qt sized ones. Will be getting a 1000 x4 this summer and how I can fit it.
