You're twisting them too tight. Twist them lightly, loose them up a little. When you're twisting, act as if you're having fun doing it. (Just a little suggestion 😀).

Whenever I twist, it becomes stiff and tends to bend when I let go. Not sure what I am doing wrong but I will keep trying. Beautiful work as usual.
