Me and my 10 year old daughter both abseiled just over 100 ft down Foggintor Quarry, it was a great day and lush place

OH my days! 🤣 that was an epic wild camp , super happy you enjoyed it! There's so much to explore and see! I carry about 12 kilos when I'm out and about on dartmoor , get yourself a little amazon cook pot , I have one and use dehydrated food or prepare mine beforehand, you can get a fry pan with detachable handle too! Give me a shout when ur back down , U know U know! Take it easy 🤪

Exactly, re 'the Cheese': F it....(within reason of course!) - Covid has taught so many of us this life message: it's not about houses, stuff & trying to impress each other, it's about quality of life & being with people we care about. What;s so great about you is your honesty, integrity & realism/self-deprecation - wish all UA-camrs (even car-campers) were the same! Dartmoor is incredible - glad you enjoyed it....

Loving these Vlogs they just get better and better what a location that place is just made for wild camping. Glad your drone didn't get damaged to much apart form the props. This is the dream car camping or wind camping just brilliant.

Really enjoyed this. Yeah, I'd grab a Sawyer filter and a small stove kit. Get the smallest stand for a canister and jobs a good un.

brilliant video in a fantastic location bud, seemed like an eventful camp with all that happened :) shame you crashed though. with all the rocks around maybe you could have made a surround for your cooker to save you dropping the meat , well next time maybe :) loved it 👍
Should come over to Ireland, loads of stealth camp places and park ups, and we're pretty laid back about that. Loads of 'oh my days' views too... 👍.
Weight is the killer. Those alcohol stoves are good, especially in very cold weather. Cut out the pans, carry one titanium 500ml pot and on the wild camps use the boil in the bag hiking meals, keep the cooking for the crib. Loved this vid. I thought you said you only had tea then next morning you're dipping bagels in coffee?
I think he drank the aldi chocolate mocha for breakfast rather than straight coffee. These choco mochas are bloody lovely!

Adam best way to get weight down take a jetboil and cook dehydrated meals in a bag . Save the pots n pans for the car 😂

Stick with the cooker you have got it’s the best option imo, a water filter is a great option when you have water.

Laughing my head off when you were cooking 😂 I just bought one of those UCO candle lanterns, not used it yet but I did see “Simon a bloke in the woods” made one into an oil lantern.
just got myself 2 candles for the next trip just need to clean it up a bit now

Nice to see the drone survived smashing into that cliff Anthony Joshua got thrown off. Or was it Gareth Southgate? To be fair they look similar. Cooking masterclass again although I could swear that steak dropped onto that sluggy caterpillar thing frazzling it. I've got an Osprey Aether 85+ Your 20 Kilos would feel like 10 Kilos, no joke. It is a bit pricey but heh if you are like me and you love your luxuries it is the way to go. I'm going from South Yorkshire to see family in Torquay tomorrow for the week. Might just do Foggintor Quarry for the night. Oh as usual love your videos.

The UCO candle. Mate, I know. Make your own. Silicone mould kit. 20 nicker. bees wax and wicks 20 more, You can make loads of them.
You can get citronella imprgnated soy wax but it smokes a bit and wont last as long. But it is cheeper.
You can make a mould for sets of 3 or 4 candles with the kits. just smash a few out and the UCO becomes a great little light.

i blame the pan its ok until it heats up then it goes out of shape and doesnt sit flat on the cooker, i think next time i just wipe the steak on the floor for seasoning before i start less worry that way 😉
