@@ChadRichLLC im on a similar diet. A little bit of keto, a little carnivore. I usually have a cheat day once a week but don't go over board and I feel great. Ive lost like 50lbs in like 2 months. I also got a planet fitness membership and try to get to one every day or at least 3 or 4 times a week.
U can do the power bowl with steak or chicken from taco bell. Get no beans and rice
