I’ve been doing something similar since high school, just not as excessively. As time went on and I got into MMA and boxing, I was starting to cut 22-26 lbs just by not drinking water and working out . No sauna, no bathtub. I literally am nobody and have fought nobody of note, while this guy is world class and has been doing this for years against the best there is in combat sports outside of the UFC. Safe to say he is probably pretty well suited for the cut by now. It’s science, and there’s a science to it.
