Hi, I want to build an offgrid prototype system based on socsbc which runs on linux (ubuntu). For general use as desktop pc, including working in libreofgice, libracad, freecad, gimp, blender, etc. (also rendering in blender). It's suitable your product for such a project?
Our hardware (bit.ly/3RgmuMo) is intended for the most demanding industrial applications and is supported out-of-the-box by our TorizonCore OS (bit.ly/3XOIQaa) - it is not intended to be used as a Desktop PC.
@@traviskauffman3099 it actually can run Doom, one of our Field Application Engineers has tested it for fun. But it can do much more than that. For example, you can have a look at some transportation applications featuring the Apalis iMX8 here: www.toradex.com/applications/transportation
