Wvu throughout history has always played strong defense ever since joining the big twelve offensively we have dropped off tremendously if we would go back to the spread offense like in the rich rod Era I think we would be unstoppable if we could maintain a defense like we have now I mean we were beating the best teams in the SEC in the golden days teams like the Georgia bulldogs we were destroying in bowl games we beat Oklahoma University consistently when we were in different conferences in bowl games that was a team we beat every time we played them and we join the big 12 and can never beat them come on now I pay attention to college football its no secret what's going on here but whatever I just don't think as long as we are in the big 12 we are ever going to get a national title honestly I hate to say it there's just not enough depth in the big 12 and our offense still is an eyesore back in my day 300 yards passing was just a good quarter back unless your doing it against a lsu or Alabama but it's whatever
