Okay, so let's first see the meaning of each words individually : नैनं - soul, छिन्दन्ति - to tear(with something) शस्त्राणि - weapon, दहति - burn, पावकः - fire, क्लेदयन्त्यापो - to be made wet by/moisturized(by water), शोषयति - to be blown away(by wind)
Putting all of this together, the full translation would be : *Soul can neither be torn with a weapon, nor be burnt(by fire), Soul can neither be made wet by water nor be blown away by wind* .
