I have an extra tip for the field flipping. After you’ve sold the land back then you’ll see a contract for that exact field shortly after. If you do the contracts for them (I think you only have to do seeding/planting) then the crop will be there during harvest season. That way you’re getting paid to cultivate, fertilize, plant and weed/spray AND you get to keep the harvest for yourself. Sound like a good deal to me!

I never actually thought about using contracts for that. Normally I am a bugger for getting contracts too! I will try this
I have not personally always seen contracts show up. I have gotten in the habit of cultivating while harvesting and then selling. This will reset the year and the game will automatically plant that feild on its own.

7 minutes in and I've only heard one actual method that produces any "income" without selling something that you own entirely LOL
I know this video should be titled "how to sell your stuff" because he definitely doesn't have any tips on making money. Its guys like this that made youtube remove the dislike count because I can assure you he is 100,000 dislikes for every like.
If the point of the video was how to maximize income, that's what it would be titled... the point of this video is if you need money in a pinch. Hence selling your equipment can make upwards of a quarter million per tool, it's very fast in the short term.
If you want to know how to maximize income from harvests, search THAT.
Weird because the method that’s 3 minutes in doesn’t require you to sell something you already own, but instead buy something…then if you’d like to sell it again.

For the subidy signs: there is no limit on how many you can place on a field. Why not place 20 per field? Or 200?
For the ones not using mods or cheats or anything: sell everything you can, machinery and buildings. Place solar panels and turbines on your fields. Let the game run at max speed. Invest your money in more fields with panels and turbines. Rinse and repat. Get money without doing anything. Get rich just watching the screen. Be the farmer who doesn't farm, without any effort.
That’s will made the game get bored, so.. I highly for the green sign to repay the debt

Yeah, I’m going to buy farming simulator just so I can spend all of my time on it avoiding doing any actual farming, what’s the point of even playing?
I like using the multi-fruit silo and doing a few transport role play jobs with the Mack anthem.👌🏻

That government sign made me money really quick lol!!! It’s fun farming though.
i startend a game on a friends account. sold Everything excerpt the house. took the max loan and bought a big windmill, went to sleep at the house until i could buy the the medium sized windmill. slept again and just kept going. with in four hours i make 1,5 milion per day

I think the amount you can loan depends on the value of the farmlands you own. The higher the value of your owned lands the more you can loan. At least, that’s how it was in FS19.

You can create farms in multi-player and transfer the money without jumping back and forth between game and main menu. Then delete the fams. Rinse and repeat.
Yes, but you need more than one person for that. At least in 19, I’m not sure about 22 though

You can do it with 1 person on multiplayer just join the farm as the manager and transfer then leave to your farm delete the other one it’s a quick thing but not realistic.

imo leasing vehicles early game is really bad
maybe a thing like a plow you use only once in a while is a good idea, but once you start leasing all vehicles you need from rough field to harvest you're highly likely to lose money
I find it reasonable for small projects, but you are right in the king run

Quickest way...start a multiplayer map. Start your main farm..start a 2nd farm..give the cash from the 2nd farm to your main...1.5 million. Rejoin the main farm again. Delete the 2nd farm...you can repeat this as many times as you like. You can always reload your game in single player or online mode if you want. It will save your money. So easy my 9 year old can do it

You can change the amount of the reward for doing contracts on PC.
you can also just give yourself the money in the xml file
The last method is like creating shell companies 😂😂
Don’t focus grinding too much money, because you will get bored easy. I highly recommend doing it slowly
I just bye and rent hotels and wind Mills but both mods but you can use the windmill and get lots of money each month in game 😊
I'm playing on the elm creek map. Everytime I try to harvest potatoes it stops counting what I harvest. It will keep harvesting but if I complete the field it won't say I completed the contract

Only complaint so far....is base game tractors are not fully customizable.

DONT FIELD FLIP, it's almost completely counter productive.
NO NEED FOR ROLLING, it only increases your field yield by 3% 95% to 98% waste of time and money.
INSTEAD...make sure it's on easy mode, fast forward time from 1 season to the next set with just 1 day to do so. Start with with 8 large greenhouses selling strawberries🍓, sell about everything else except big red barn, buy 1 or 2 new fields just south of your farm, don't have anymore than 2 tractors, and a semi with wilson trailer, liquid fertilizer sprayer, mid range seeder, lease a harvester. Always try to buy what u can afford and look for discounted offers often. I got a case IH 470hp for 60% off. Always continue to go large fast and upgrade.
Have weeds, cultivating, lime rocks etc. Turned off in settings. These are all just unnecessary steps.

Why would you care in which way somebody else enjoys the game? I don't cheat either and like to earn my stuff but I can totally understand somebody having a different mindset or idea for his own gameplay. This is not a fps-game and he's not promoting wallhacks...
@@Lexor888 it’s essentially the “wall hacks” of this game. What’s the point of playing if you can literally buy anything you want at any given time?
@@blakehuff4637 its a very shallow way to play usually they get bored after a short while and stop playing the game.
I personally would use cheats as a new player. I'm way more interested in the building aspect of the game but I can understand why it may be a problem for other people 😅

Best way to make money is go to the shop buy clothes .then go straight to buy station sells for 30k u can buy from shop for 12k ..double money every time ..fill them truks

Can someone please tell me what the little pile of rocks with a yellow thing in the middle does???? It has a yellow pole next to it and if you want to buy Field 52, it appear that it can’t be demolished.
It's real life use is flood drainage. In game they have no use and sadly can't be demolished. If your on pc you can get the giants map editor and open the map. Find it labeled under drain and delete them off the map. A second one you may see is right Infront of the farm house. They almost look like a fire pit

I’m on PS5 so I’m stuck with them but I’ve managed to work around them but they are a pain.
@@HammerLex77 they do get quite annoying alright. Almost as bad as rocks on the map. Main reason I play NML the most. Sign post Infront of the shop one will remove all the rocks then your free to work the land how you want with no rocks.

I can’t find the government subsidy signs, I’m in east mode so I’m not sure if that is why but someone pls tell me where to find them or why I cant
Make sure you have downloaded it, made the mod available in your savegame, go to construction, and you should see them in the generators category

Get a line of chicken coops in a row with the pallet spawn inline with a bakery. Download the strongman mod then slide all the pallets up to the sell points it works well

The multiplayer cheat is easier than that......if u make new farms just join those farms and transfer the mony from each farm to the home farm..u dont have to save and exit the game

I always use a subsidy cheat and mod my equipment. I suppose you can tell realism isn't my thing.
