This is such a moving poem, watching now while absorbing heartbreaking news from Israel-Gaza in tears at how innocent people suffer due to actions and agendas of maligned leaders. I showed this to my friend who had PTSD after serving in the Israeli army that he was drafted into at age 18, his symptoms mirroring in exact detail the man described in this poem. He told me how this poem described his life, and the experiences of his family members and friends.
"Don't go fighting wars. Fight the men that start the wars; fight for a cause that's yours."
Love and prayers for all whose lives are traumatised by cruel and inhumane political systems. Kae, you are one of my role models as an artist and I'm infinitely grateful for you for having the courage to speak truth with such empathy and lyricism.
Can't find it on BBC?
Big Brother Censored ?
Plenty of versions of this piece are available on UA-cam under it's title "War Music"
Definitly one of the best 21st century artist. From far

Oh my old heart breaks. And how must our God feel when he sees and hears everything.
