anytime she’s with another guy he’s sad, she always helps him and comforts him with his dad, she doesn’t hesitate to jump in the water for him, the way they look at each other when jj wakes up, anytime kie is in trouble jj is so protective, when kie asks john b if he mentioned the kiss to jj, jj telling john b that he wanted to be with kie, jj is so interested in pope and kies relationship, them making plans to go on a surfing trip, and more is all proof that they’re endgame and that they will have a relationship at some point. it hasn’t worked out with any of the other pogues so i think kie is going to end up with jj. it’s your typical slow burn friends to lovers relationship. also i think s2 ep10 is an intro to something happening next season.

Just had a thought - In season 1 JJ told John B that he tried that door (Kie) and it was locked. What if this is why Kie had her "kook year" because she didn't want to face whatever feelings she may have for JJ after he revealed whatever feelings he had towards her like maybe she couldn't be with the pogues and stand being around him. But ultimately, she came back to the pogues because she was able to push those feelings deep down and pretty much forget about them.
One thing that did annoy me this season was Kiara friend zoning Pope again😑… like wtf. She literally lead his ass on this whole season saying “I like you” “we should be friends” “oh wait I like you again” “nah we should just be friends” like cmon now. There was no real growth between the two of them at all. I was kind of disappointed that they didn’t grow and branch more into their relationship. Instead they kissed and Kiara treated it like nothing, then slept with Pope and treated it like nothing even though she claimed she liked him… lol😭. But if they even decide to do JJ and Kiara I hope she doesn’t play him and do that friend thing with him too.

The writers are being consisent in their writings and it is not pushing their relationship down no throats. All love for Jj and Kiara when the writer put them together, am sure you will see the same out pour love after a period of time. the writer will give JJ and Kiara a relationship for fans not because it is part of their writing script that`s why end it there would be a disappointment. All relationships have ups and downs.

I'm glad the writers didn't precipitate the thing between them after hearing they were shipped a lot by fans. I'm pretty sure they didn't really think about many scenes between them but the chemistry is there anyway. They are always in duo when the Pogues decide to separate and their little eye contact are there. I'm glad the writers didn't precipitate the thing between them after hearing they were shipped a lot by fans. I'm pretty sure they didn't really think about many scenes between them but the chemistry is there anyway. They are always in duo when the Pogues decide to separate and their little eye contact are there. I hope season 3 will bring them a little bit closer but I also don't want Pope to suffer ( I think he deserves better like Cleo?😅)
