I was diagnosed with MCC, but thank G-d I've been in remission for four years. All the scans are clear. I go to my surgeon at Fox Chase Cancer Center in Philly for checkups every six months.
MCC is a neuro-endocrine cancer that can affect the lymph nodes if not caught in time. Don't take chances. If you find something odd, get it checked out.
