Circus Robots Screensaver On VMware Player 17 (WinXP)

The Microsoft Plus Pack for WinXP came with many 3D accelerated screensavers. GPU's were rapidly becoming the rage, and 3D accelerated screensavers were already showing the capability of what a GPU was capable of, well outside of Unreal, Q3A, and Half-Life. Thus, one sees a lot of creative screensavers in action, like the Circus Robots here. As the title implies, this screensaver is one of robots swinging around, in there full Direct3D glory. Come on! Did you think that a Microsoft screensaver is going to use OpenGL.
VMware Player 17 is virtualizing a multimedia PC with a single core allocated to it. The host is a Ryzen 5 5500 6-Core processor running at 4.2GHz. There is 512MB's of RAM allocated to it, along with a VESA Compatible display adapter with 3D passthrough acceleration enabled. Windows is running at the screen resolution of 1024 by 768, 32-bit color depth. A Creative Labs SoundBlaster PCI audio adapter is installed along with an AMD PCnet network adapter for ethernet support. There is a CD/DVD-ROM drive and a 40GB HD image with Windows XP SP3 installed.
