Could you please make a video on how do we customize the "+" option other then first column in the matrix visual and filter pass from URL as a page level filter not report level filter.
This features is not currently available in power bi but i believe that you always think out of the box,
So providing you such scenario for a solution.

Thank you so much for the amazing comment. for URL parameter, i already posted a video few days back, where you get flexibility to use DAX with URL Parameter. It has a great potential of enabling different level of interactions b/w visuals, and i would definitely post other videos on it.
For your other requirement of showing "+" into another column - can be manipulated a little bit with "Step Layout" feature.

Published Power BI reports can now directly be opened inside PPT(Power point presentation) file. Yes! Not the images but the real Interactive reports, where you can slice and dice from there itself. No extra effort needed for this.
