I discovered you by first checking out your book Journaling With Purpose from the library...then immediately went to amazon to buy it. There I discovered you have a UA-cam page! I just recently made a hand stitched multicolored page travelers journal to work in. As I was doing this, a multitude of page ideas came to mind. I've created and index in the front and wrote my subject Ideas on the pages so I don't forget my inspiration. Thank you for waking up my creative brain after a long year of trials. God Bless you for bringing me joy and being a muse.
Oh I’m so happy to hear that Breanne. I hope your journaling brings you lots of joy and peace over the years. Thank you very much for your lovely comment 🤗💕
Have done journaling for a while but when I watch your videos you always give me inspiration to do it again. Hope your daughter is safe abs happy back at uni 🙏
Lovely pages Helen. It reminds me simple is also okay. I haven't been journaling at all in the past few weeks. Watching your video has inspired me to pick mine up again 🥰
Just lovely pages. You're so calming that I love to watch your videos at night while I'm relaxing for bed. I have to try putting a piece of velum over a stamped piece as you did. It gives it a bit of an ethereal feeling.
I sat down for a slightly late lunch after a morning of cooking, and was treated to this new video. It’s so delicate, and perfect for expressing how you’re feeling this week. As always, you’re a wonderful inspiration to me. Thank you. ❤️🤗
Can you list your materials? I specifically like that stamp base with the handle and the tape from which you cut the single flowers. Your work is beautiful!
What a lovely pretty page you created today! I really enjoyed watching. I’m sure you are missing your daughter now she’s returned to Uni, it’s such a worrying time but I expect she is having a great time! Thank you for a relaxing few minutes. Take care x

Such a beautiful page Helen. I never thought of turning my journal and writing sideways. I wanted to let you know that I followed your example of writing down my worries and then covering them with paint and stamping. It was so therapeutic so thank you for that. I think the hardest thing as mums is letting our children go so I totally sympathise with you. Keep yourself busy doing the things you enjoy. Xx
Thank you so much for such a lovely comment Lynne. I’m so happy you enjoyed writing down your worries and covering them up. I find it such a useful exercise. Oh it’s so hard letting our children go. I’m definitely keeping myself busy and reflecting on how lucky I am to have a daughter that I miss so much ☺️ Xx
Thanks for sharing this beautiful and gentle video , dear Helen. It was so soothing and inspiring to watch. I have recently started a commonplace book to collect and save all the wonderful quotes, passages and lessons I’ve learned this past year. I think it will be a great resource In the future. Take care!
