All this hate on Nadu while no one complains about storm players going off on a convoluted line, or any other combo for that matter... Come on this is fine in Legacy.
Ppl Just want to ban nadu not cause it's strong but cause they get bored looking at the co.bo without nothing to do. While its super Easy to stop. If i cast ad'nauseam it's the same but fatser. Stop conplain and look at real problema
@@lucamasseroni7 part of the problem of Nadu, is that it makes control as a macro archetype very difficult to play. I think there are definitely other things at play that are of more concern than Nadu right now though.
@crucible_of_words interesting take. Honestly in the last 2 month i saw nadu Always folding to control (with proper plays). Control Is not a thing u want to play cause of spawn and mono Red. But in my experience nadu Is not the control check nowdays
@@lucamasseroni7 I think the way Nadu attacks control decks, is that trading resources fundamentally failed into Nadu because they have the ability to just out-draw every other deck given enough time, and control always gives them enough time. I think Breakfast is definitely the best Nadu deck though. I think a format with this much combo is very hostile to control as it can't control everything is needs to and you are spot on about mycospawn being a pain. I'm going to have a video with a UW control list from the last Eternal Durdles episode discussion out next week that might be interesting. Not recorded with it yet but the list looks wild.
@crucible_of_words yeah nadu breakfast is a very strong deck. But usually with bean u can overcome the trading by Just drawing a stupid amount of cards. (Obv if they assemble combo GG). But It remains a creature combo and terminus and plow usually are good. Not a free win sure. But not a reason to not play control when the problem Is having players that dont know what ancient tomb doese but they Just slam spawn (real btw). Btw looking forward to the uw video then. I also am playing alot with uw very weird list. Tamyio allow for some insane blu deck Building imo.
@@crucible_of_words Btw nadu elves Is my fav deck atm. But Is the most fragile to control and in a metà without control i managed to get paired 3 out of 6 round vs jesaki and got like 3\4 wraith x single game ☠️☠️☠️☠️. The rest Is a bie if u side vs monoR enough cards

This was my deck. But I took it apart because I thought it was going to get banned. I may go back to it.
