now he're something interesting: non fully charged headshots still deal full bodyshot damage, so aiming for the head even without a full charge could still be a good idea if you really need the extra 10% damage

It was hilarious seeing them slowly get more and more tilted, going from saying “why would you use the Classic” to “you’re a noob” to “it’s OP.” Yes, I tilted them to the point of claiming the CLASSIC of all things is OP.

I found myself mainly using the classic now just for the shear dumb factor it holds. My favorite moment I had with it was on harvest where I just sat in a corner right by the entrance to the enemy barnthing below their sniper windows and no one ever looked at me. I learned the true magic of the weapon that night when someone noticed me but didn't attack me. I wasn't scoped, it looked like I was just standing there...they all thought I was friendly. By the end of the game every fucking soul was checking my corner
I got super mad and glad that I got over 15 headshots in one game with the Classic, of all weapons. Unlike most of my loadouts, the Classic's good with peripheral vision.
This is my favourite sniper weapon for the sole reason that I play Splatoon too much and "hold down to charge and release to fire" is the only way to handle sniper type weapons that doesn't cause my brain to go into epileptic shock Also I think that may the best hitsound I've ever heard

the classic is my favorite rifle for a lot of reasons, the fact you can move at normal speed while scoped, the funny walk you do while charging unscoped, but most importantly, the dopamine rush you get when noscoping people. I remember the day i pulled off my first airshot, it was fucking magical, i was getting bombed by a soldier and i just noscope airshot him and deleted him from existence. i felt like a total god, and ever since then i've been on and off using my strange classic that i bought that same day.
Love your vids! By the way, what you were trying at 16:19 isn't possible unfortunately. You have to have both feet on the ground in order to fire the classic. I hope they change that some day, since you can do it with other rifles.

Recently found your channel and your level of skill is nothing short of amazing, really entertaining. I'm wondering, your mouse speed seems to be pretty high overall when you turn or move around in general, but then when aiming you're pretty much pixel-precise. Are you using some sort of on-press keybind to switch between different DPI settings?
I use 800dpi and 1.5 ingame. I do not use any dpi switching buttons. I think the reason it appears that way is because I use my arm for big movements like 180ing or looking around, and my wrist for when my crosshair is already close to the enemy. So it can kind of look like I am using 2 different settings at the same time. Hope this helps! And thank you for the kind words :)
Every time you shoot at that Soldier I tense up, because I keep thinking back to that achievement of getting a full-charged, unscoped Classic headshot on a rocket-jumping enemy.
So, myself and a friend were playing classic snipers on 2fort or something and the gag was that after every kill we had to do the stock sniper taunt and I found out that if you taunt (at least with the stock wave taunt) then immediately hold m1 the laser disconnects itself from the gun and just floats mid-air. just thought it was kinda funny
