Finally. A DITL HR video where the youtuber actually explains what they're doing and explains their HR related routine! Usually the videos have nothing to do with HR- just showing what they're eating for breakfast, lunch etc. Lol. Thanks (from a fellow HR professional).
I love seeing other people working from home, it helps me develop a productive routine seeing how others go through their days working from home! love your desktop background!
I love these videos!! Please do more work from home vlogs for HR! Your channel is gonna blow up 🙏🏽💗💗 I’m actually getting ready to get into HR so this is preparing me. Thank you for this video 🥰
Love this video I’m not even working for HR but would love too in near future just got a job working from home loved how organized you are and your energy great video !
Hey! Is there a such thing as an entry-level HR position? I know I’d do amazing if given the opportunity, but it seems like most companies prefer to either hire internally, and/or have very particular expectations for their candidates (previous experience and several degrees). I’m trying to stay encouraged and open-minded, but also realistic.
Hey! Try looking at more “traditional” companies or smaller companies. Some companies have entry level expectations for recruiting coordinator, hr coordinator, etc. some even have entry level recruiter roles. Nowadays, it seems a little harder to get in at tech companies, since there’s some much talent on the market - they’re going after people with experience in the field already in my opinion. As long as you tailor your resume to show transferable skills, you should go after any role you’re interested in!
@@OhMyNeeCee Thank you so much!! I forgot to mention I’ve been mainly looking specifically im Hospitality (I have a few years of experience) and Non-Profit organizations for the roles. I will definitely consider smaller companies as well. I’ve also been going to the places I’ve applied to, to actually hand in my resume, just for the face to face connection. I appreciate your response and tips! 😊
Salary information depends on many different factors so I recommend doing personal research on that! I have a video about how to get started coming soon -- make sure you're subscribed so you don't miss it! :)
After I graduated college, I started working at a company as a recruiter and then I moved into coordination. I go into more detail in my latest work from home video!
This video is way too much talking and not hitting the mark. Sorry, I wish you well but this was not what I was looking for. I was hoping you would show some video of you working on the comp with some music, but this video was not interesting to watch. Keep going and I’m sure you’ll get there.
