Lil Mo was definitely scared of Kelly. She NEVER confronted her when she was being disrespectful but always talked mad stuff in the confessional. Kelly was a mean girl & a bully.
I highly doubt Lil Mo was scared of Kelly. Sometimes you need to vent outside of being around people because you how left the situation can go. I would be in jail if I said everything to someone's face everytime I had an issue with someone. People push you because they know you'll go off and they might try and play the victim.

Kelly just needed better communication skills. They quite literally took her idea and ran with it. Its understandable why she was upset. She could've handled it better.

The real kicker was that it was never her idea. We now know from the reunion that it was the producers idea, and they allowed Kelly to take the credit for the "storyline" since she was the biggest star there, which would push the story further. However, she took it too far by hiring who she wanted and spearheading the project.
