1:48 I think he connected to 2.4 GHz band in Redmi Note 10 pro max because in my unit I'm getting around 290 Mbps for both upload and download and I'm using Jio's router. Also Snapdragon 720G and 732G has same modem so it's impossible to have such a big difference in speed between these two phones.
1:35 Someone else rightfully pointed out in a comment that Redmi note 10 pro's fingerprint scanner is actually faster and that he touched the fingerprint scanner in Note 10 pro after touching Realme 8 pro's scanner.
0:52 Look at the notifications on lock screen in Redmi Note 10 pro. He didn't even update Redmi note 10 pro to lastest firmware in which RAM management has improved significantly.

I like the realme processor optimization. Jut how It performed batter then a little powerful processor of Xiaomi. That's why software is more important than those numbers.
Xiaomi's software is optimized just a well, but they priorities smooth transition and feel more than speed

😅The note 10 pro has an update pending. It's clearly visible on the screen. I think all available updates (good or bad) should be installed to have a more honest review as most users do install the updates or they get automatically installed.

Finger print unlock speed is faster in Redmi. It's just the slow animation that's making it look like slower than Realme.

Video rendering speed is not all about the performance of the chip, it's mostly about the storage speed
I personally like the note 10 and pro 's design,also added advantage of ir blaster too..but os....there are serious bugs in miui..also optimisation might be the problem here also...
Not at all miui will get updates and refine itself software problem is a problem with devices which doesn't receive any quick frimware updates so it's not in the case of miui

This is probably the worst time to upgrade your phone as companies are just putting phones in bulk with each smartphone series having 3-4 models with 2-3 variants in them...and due to which Quality is nowhere at all...and because of pandemic prices are rising overall....so best to wait for few months until things get back to normal and we get actually good products....

@@cheriyan5183 No it's because of the shutter speed of the recording camera. Since the note has a 120hz display and the Realme has a 60hz, i think the camera is manually set at a speed closer to the Redmi, hence it is not flickering.
@@ritvikrungta2686 no it's is nothing to do with the refresh rate it is due to the panel if you see old panels flickering will be more visible than that of newer ones high quality panels never flicker even in cars it is clearly visible on car reviews when they show display on the benz or bmw there won't be any flickering cuz they are good quality panels but if you see that in hundai suzuki tata they all flicker that's an example for easy reference it will happen to TV's as well

Scrolling is worse on both phones. It visibly stutters on both phones. I guess it might be twitter's problem I guess. But I can't stand such such stutter issue in an 120hz panel :(

Disagree with your last point, this is in no way a good comparison. He is biased towards the realme 8 pro as seen in the finger print test. He also connected the redmi note 10 pro to 2.4ghz network which was the cause of the lower speeds and consequently any internet based app in the app opening speed test was slower on the redmi note 10 pro

The thing is Ashwin has connected the redmi note 10 pro to the 2.4ghz band network instead of the 5ghz one as he's done on the realme 8 pro. If he had instead connected both the phones to the same band, there wouldn't be such a disparity in the internet speed test.

Look, I too have a high speed WiFi network at home and I know the stark difference between the speeds of a 2.4ghz and 5ghz network. Also, my friend owns the Note 10 pro and I've tested the speed on my own network and guess what? It offers the same speed as my OnePlus does, around 220 Mbps when connected to the 5ghz network and speeds similar to the ones show in the video on the 2.4ghz one. So there you go, what I said wasn't an assumption, there is simply no other reason why the note 10 pro would not give similar speeds to the realme 8 pro unless it is not connected to the exact same network band
