5 years ago if someone told me I would be watching coin collecting videos on UA-cam someday I would have laughed in their face and probably gave them the middle finger. Now I look forward to every new episode because I know sooner or later you're going to score big.
Reminds me of going through my mom's pocket change when I was 10 and anything older ("ancient!") than me would go into my collection. (hoard) Eventually she got sick of me poaching her pocket change.
Quin I have a question? When you opened a roll I saw something different.8:53 mins in and I saw a Jefferson and the whole head was on the side of the coin which I think is weird. Pls respond
one thing I should note to you is that the 2024 nickel mintage is pretty low in 2024- estimated at the end of the year to be around 40 million in both mints
What’s up Quin! Nice to see you upload a 30+ minute video! To let you know I have started selling some of my stuff on instagram. I already talked to you about this, but it’s official now. Hopefully you get some good stuff in this box!
I know you've been doing this for a while and probably won't change because of my comment, but... those countdowns. First off, a countdown goes to zero, not 1. And you do 3, 2, *reveal*, then say 1 after, it's very odd. It should be 3,2,1,0 and reveal at the same time as zero. If the timing is done right, the zero can be omitted, especially if you have a reaction or something to say about the outcome. Second, I just find these very annoying even without the odd way you do it, lol. There's already suspense since you discuss while it's on screen before the countdown, so it's redundant and artificial IMHO. That said, I subscribed and enjoy the content otherwise. :)

Hey Ryan, @3:09 Looks like that 1943 P nickel has a lamination error on both sides.

Funny you mention that- I remember doing the same thing with my mom’s purse. She wasn’t too crazy about it either 🤣
This is weird!! My mom had the best luck ever finding missing coins in my set… too lucky! I wonder where she got them? Wonderful memories…

Thanks for the video. I am searching a box of nickels. I just finished my 15th roll. So far, 2 war nickels, 1929 buffalo and a 1912 v nickel.
Congratulations on the finds. Nice video.
Hey Ryan that 1968 you pulled was a San Francisco
I have a nice collection of the lam errors in the silver nickels. They go great with the 2020 V75 WP set of 5 quarters. Thanks 👍
True that! Sounds like we have similar amounts of both. Happy hunting!
Not a bad box hunt! Keep the videos coming!
Thank you!
That 1943 P war nickel has lamination error.. possible strike through.. etc... worth alot!!!! (NOT 'rough shape)
I am new to the hobby? Where do you find your rolls. I live in Franklin LA. Do you order your coin rolls online?
Where do you get the rolls?
Fun hunt. Nice '58 low mintage!!!
What do you do with the coins you save. If you sell then how much do you get for pre 60s?
I love finding war nickels i get alot of San Franciscos in my area
Wow! You've grown up. I watched your videos years ago. Even your voice has changed.😮
Hi Quin I’m a Canadian coin collector you are my favourite UA-camr pls respond to this
Awesome! Thank you for the support!
I have yet to find a war nickel in a box but my cousin found 2-3 in spare change. I’m jealous 😂
I have a silver dollar from 1901 with a O mint mark, was wondering if it could be worth anything
Definitely! Depending on condition, you’re likely looking at a $40-$60 coin!
@@QuinsCoins it's definitely been circulated but it still is in very good condition
You missed the 2009 bison in roll 2 right around 6:32😢 and another 2009 21:46
one thing I should note to you is that the 2024 nickel mintage is pretty low in 2024- estimated at the end of the year to be around 40 million in both mints
Noted! I’ll keep an eye out for them and keep any I come across. Thanks!

I have a 1964 D nickel that I want to sell, how do I go about finding a buyer?
You should put aside the later s mint nickels. 68, 69, and 70. They do have a low mintage.
I went to the bank and found a 1920 penny and got 10 wheat penny's
Isn't "Denver Ender" fun to say!
Please find a Cheerios Sagageva dollar hunt !😊😊
Make the coin roll pun a youtube short!
Did I see a 2005 nickel with the buffalo in the roll with the dime? Isn't that something you save? I do just because.

Can I send you a few rolls of quarters from California for your next hunt?
it's also a delamination...
Yep! A lot of war nickels have that defect due to the oddball metal composition
Never mind it was a bison nickel
Imagine getting a dime in a dime roll
