See yourself through the finished work of the Cross. God did not send His Son to die on the cross to forgive your sins so that someday you can go to a place called heaven. He paid a price to remove your sin, to get His identity, His nature and His Spirit back in you. In other words it is not all about you getting to heaven, it is about getting heaven back into you. So you can become what you were intended to be from the beginning apart from sin.
He is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin off the world and then we say “yea brother we are always going to sin. We miss the whole point of the power of the cross and live with a sin identity. We think our ability to sin still labels us as sinners, because we believe that, that is the fruit we produce
If He forgives me of all sin and cleanses me of all unrighteousness what is left? Righteousness!
If He forgives me of all sin, what is left?
Colossians 1 tells us that we were Gods enemies but now he has reconciled us to Himself and brought us into His presence and we stand before Him holy, blameless and without a single fault.
