HOA fees are ridiculously high.
They can be for sure. It depends on the building!
I absolutely adore San Francisco! It’s my favorite city in America. I still daydream about moving there sometimes. It’s just too expensive for me but I can always visit. San Francisco, New Orleans, NYC, Austin and San Antonio are my favorite cities!
Glad SF made the list! Come visit!
I want to move to Nor Cal I do not like So Cal.
Come over! Let us know if we can help!
I work in Biopharma, we are a Professional gay couple. We moved up from Southern California. We finally had the income to make it our home. No matter how many sour grapes are put forth by those who cannot afford to stay. The 4 million Americans fortunate enough to be able to afford San Francisco and the Bay Area are truly blessed.
Actually the Grapes Are Pissed In 💩DoDoBrown is there as well don't forget about him DoDoBrown last time I checked people are running out of CA just look at all the UHauls EVERYWHERE. IF you wanna 30 year fixed bank product that is underwritten to FAIL or OVER Inflated Market Valuation Instability and Poverty that you are in the Right PLACE the wealthy have left CA they live in places that are much more insulated without OverPopulation exposure 🤣🤣🤣🤣 the best thing about CA period is the weather IF ONLY Texas had CA Weather. nobody wants to afford to stay people are building their wealth Elsewhere 🤷🪞
Welcome to the Bay Area! We are so glad you're here!
@@livinginsanfranciscoca Me too. It took me a lifetime 😆
I am a chicago transplant myself! Love SF. I bought 2 years ago

STOP HYPIN UP lost dreams 4 a lost city. Realism has vanished. TONY HALL has spoken the truth !
Sf gets bad rap but sf is not as bad as many portray it to be. Maybe perhaps they don’t want ppl moving in because of the jewel SF really is. Sure there is problems but if you ever look at the history of every cities they all did.

Why would anyone ever want to live in SF? Trust me, it's a horrible place to live.
I stay only because of my duty to my wife and her family, who need us close by.
happy to cal this place home
Bill generating hamster wheel
OMG so Spot On 🤣🤣🤣🤷
Lol, yeah, but you sell real estate here, so of course you're gonna say this 😂
"Still a shit city with surrounding beauty."
The people here now kind of suck….
San Francisco or Chicago. A choice between the hammer or the hard spot. It does not get any more disillusioned than that. Which one are you voting for? Kevin Newscum, the nephew of Nancy Pelosi, or Lori Lightfoot?
You probably miss the days of the great man who invented the famous words - never let a good crisis go to waste - and of course Michelle the not-so-belle.
Ha ha ! Good try! The place is horrible.
This is so far off reality!!! The ONLY good thing about The SF Bay Area is the Weather and Water otherwise The SF Bay Area has LOST it's Diversity to over population and foreign Interests the only people doing well here are the foreigners who get paid in American Dollars compared to the rupee, Filipino peso, Mexican Peso, the Redback versus American Dollar and the Real Estate Market is fraudulent and a lie STOP LIEING IN AN ENDEAVOR TO SELL KUR SOVEREIGNTY!!! Please educate yourself on Reality

I can't think of a place I would rather go. When I travel I really enjoy seeing drug using zombies, human waste, trash and needles on the streets and sidewalks, and mentally insane people wandering around screaming at the sky. Also, seeing vandalism everywhere is a huge plus. When I travel it's really a special plus if my car broken into and my stuff is stolen. This neighborhood has so much to offer!
Just curious, have you actually been to SF or are you recounting what you hear in the "news"?
Garbage city!
Picked San Francisco food over Chicago? Strong disagree there lol
LMFAO
Lolz NICE Accent. 7 years yahhh ok
No way SF beats Chicago on food.
Don't tell anyone else how amazing it is! ;) Just kidding, we welcome anyone and everyone with open arms.
I moved to oakland last year and work in san fran and hate the bay area. Too pricey.
You moved to one of the most deady cities in the Bay Area? The entire Bay Area is pretty much a Death Trap by design especially Oakland. be very careful friend. O_O
