i felt like john, jodi, and sydney had the best technique. sydney was pretty nervous but she really shouldn't have been!! i wish they didn't autotune her so much here because she actually had great vocal tone in the bts video.

Yvonne's song sounds so intimate. That breathy but tonally strong voice, with the musicality of certain phrases being controlled masterfully. Though the control of those phrases is in part a result of some production work, I'm very impressed that she gave them such a strong base to work with.
Scarra's Santa Baby is unironically my favourite. Followed by Jodi's Hey Santa and Yvonne's Underneath the Tree. But I love how softly and comfortingly he sings Santa Baby. I've listened to it 5 times....... Am I in love with Scarra? I want a whole Christmas album sung by Scarra in that in that exact same tone.

I actually love the order of this track list. Sydney was the least confident but it turned out well so it’s a welcome surprise and great opener. John and Jodi duo eases us into the greatness that’s gonna be all of OTV singing. We’re surprised with a warm welcoming Scarra that makes you think hot diggity damn didnt know the don could make me feel this way. Lily comes in with a familiar comfi beats professionalism. Then *yvonne* surprises us with a wistful and light sound. Finally ending with a classic Toast who tried his best and delivered.
I love this rendition of underneath the tree. This fits the lyrics more imo. To top it it off yvonne has the most beautiful voice for it. Its my favorite on the tracklist and imo it trancends the circle of "youtuber music". Perfection.
