Must try fluffy mawa malpua with kheer.
Ingredients:
For sugar syrup:
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
3 green cardamom
1/2 tsp saffron
3 drops rose essence
For kheer:
1/8 cup soaked rice
1 litre Buffalo milk
1 tsp green cardamom
1/2 tsp saffron
1 tbsp (चिरौंजी) cudpahnut
2 tbsp chopped almonds
pistachio and chopped almonds for garnishing
For malpua batter:
1 cup fresh mawa
1 cup maida
1/2 tsp green cardamom
1 tsp suji
2 cup milk
cow ghee for frying
