Ingredients:
Kulcha:
3 cup all'purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
½ tsp baking soda
tsp baking powder
½ cup curd
Or you can use 2 tsp instant yeast instead of baking powder and baking soda!
1 tbsp oil
Lukewarm water
For Matar Chat:
2 cup whole white peas/ kabuli chana
1 tsp salt
Water
Green chutney ( 1 cup coriander leaves+ ½ cup mint leaves+ 4-5 green chilli+ 1 inch ginger+ ½ lemon juice +½ tsp salt + some water= grind it
4 tbsp tamarind pulp ( 50 g tamarind soaked in ½ cup if water= Strain it
Spice mix:
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp yellow chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp cumin powder
½ tsp pepper powder
1 tsp chat masala
½ tsp black salt
Add salt as per taste
1 onion
1 tomato
Jillian ginger
Coriander leaves
Green chilli
Lemon juice
Tadka:
Ghee

chikni masaledaar maide ki gad karne wali chizon se perhez karna chahiye,,,,iftari ki baat to khair dusri hai usme to thoda chat pata chahiye hota hi hai,,,lekin dinner bahot halka aur sehri thodi si bhari sehri me daliya khajoor achche qism ki kam se kam 4 adad,,,aur milk to zarur len pao bred ya chapati garam roti me khushbu ke taur per khalis desi ghee lagakar,,,half boil egg bhi le saktin hain aur dusri protein wali chizen,,,nahari waghaira to ,eid se pahle ya eid ke baad to mai bhi khoob achche se khata hun,,,lekin Ramzan me apne aapko roke rakhta hun,,,,,,,Aur Lubna meri humshira hain mai inki bahot respect karta hun,,,,,
