Carl. I love this kind of video. Very inspiring. It’s even better that it was spontaneous and you had to do the best you could with what you had available. 73 from Tennessee. KK4PRV
Another good learning experience, Carl, I always find very useful information in your videos, and always enjoy checking in on your adventures, always a learning experience, and your setups are quite impressive also! Thank you for sharing.
I really enjoyed watching this video carl. for what it is worth, you were still able to play radio, cook some good food, little drinky after, good times I say. Maybe do another video in the same spot, fully charged battery tuned up moxon and off we go!!!!!!
Even though you hadn't planned on doing radio, with that beautiful Land Rover, I wonder if having a inverter available full time as a CYA for charging purposes...a good backup since your vehicle alternator power plant is just sitting there...a great video, enjoyed watching!
Fair play to you mate. QRP is always better. Welcome to my world thats all i have. Great video i love camping and the out door living. Makes me want to do it. Motters M7TRS 73
Nice set up Carl, try to have a dedicated batt charge station at home, and put everything on charge all the time, it works really well for radio, and house whole items. Keep em coming Carl.73.
5:47 - That looks like the OneTigris tipi tent. I’ve pitched up next to one of those and they looked pretty good, albeit tiny next to my 10-man arctic military tent.
cheers Tony, I was packed, diesel filled up and ready to go, it's a great wild location to operate! Hopefully we will meet up in the Shropshire hills, I'll speak to John M0XJA and find out when you guys are next out.

Maybe a split charge system were you can remove a battery via anderson plugs/isolate the charger when not needed?
Buy a 100w solar panel & charge controller battery worries over then Carl.
Good video Carl. What's the new Tat of on your arm??
I've got a circuit type design on my right lower inner arm and a bigger one on my right shoulder, like cyborg 🤖
Get a DC to DC charger running off the Landy
That way your Battery will/can be charged easily
