It's good to see you guys reacting to this show and so far this and One Piece are the biggest surprises of the year quality wise. In my opinion both shows were much better than I thought they would be based on the trailers.
Name of the guy in the hearse was called “Preacher” in the games

This show was honestly a pleasant surprise, the trailer really threw people off 😂😂.It had it's off moments especially at the beginning but after some time you genuinely get invested.

The show is much better than I expected. Even my girl who isn't into video games said she really liked it.
This show was amazing. I played a little of Twisted Metal on PS1 when I was very young. I don't know the lore or anything, except of course about the tournament and car booms and stuff. This show was great. Could tell the budget was a little on the low side as others have stated but that's OK for a startup show with 1 season. It's definitely worth watching until the end. I went in having not watched any trailers or anything. Just saw the ad for it and went and binged the show and would watch it again.

I went over my friend house to watch this. We came in with low expectations and ended up binge the entire series in a day.
He's a huge fan of the series and he thought it was gonna be trash. He now can't stop talking about it and asking for a second season. 😊

John Doe was the driver of Roadkill in Black. But in the show he drives Eveling, a new car.
The pink rehersal is Shadow. It has being driven by diferent characters on the games, one of then being Raven.
Agent Stone drove Outlaw in Black, but it's specially wasn't the eletricity. That's the special of the car in 1, 2, 3, Small Brawl and Head-on, but the drive on those games weren't Stone.
Also the SUV that he drives is based on the 2012 reboot the brother and sister Duo is under him and referred to by their proper names and the actor who plays the deputy actually looks more like one of the head-on characters

I never played the games and I'm not familiar with the lore, but I watched the show over the weekend and I thought it was pretty good, I'm hoping it gets a season 2
Heeeey! Seems legit, right?! Truthfully, Anthony seems to come off as an actor that chooses his roles with deliberate intention... He's a phenomenal actor. His resume is proof. He wouldn't be involved if the project was abject caca. Lol! That's my dude. I had faith.
Also excited to see Samoa Joe knock Sweet-Tooth out of the park in his acting debut.
PlayStation been killing it lately. Last of Us and Twisted Metal were great. Even Gran Turismo was more than a surprise. Can't wait to see a first look of God of War when it comes to Prime

Somehow, I can’t even IMAGINE trying to survive in a world where CRIMINALS run the show, and all means of law and order is officially out the window. ESPECIALLY since this series is based upon the Incredibly awesome retro video game series that it was based on in the first place! Crazy, man! Thank You, Sony. Thank You, PlayStation.
This is one of those weird shows. It SHOULD be absolute shit, and you have the feeling that at any moment it's going to turn out shit, but it turns out to be just amazing.
