    And to get a bread like this You don't even need eggs or milk, it's vegan, so able to satisfy everyone :)
    Ingredients:
    for a large rectangular form: 12 x 26
    280 grams (2 cups) of cornstarch
    120 grams (3/4 cup) of potato starch or sweet tapioca starch
    50 grams (5 tablespoons) of buckwheat flour or oat flour, quinoa, millet or sorghum
    40 grams (4 tablespoons) of chickpea flour or other legume flour
    6 grams (1.5 teaspoon) of instant yeast
    2 teaspoons xanthan gum or 4 teaspoons of psyllium husks
    2 tablespoons of sugar or honey or any syrup
    1.5 teaspoon of salt
    500 - 550 ml of warm water + 1 teaspoon of vinegar
    *for a small rectangular form: 10x20
    HALF of all the ingredients
