Support TB kinda too situational and high risk on peak dota (pro scenes), sure it works but only to a certain kind of sense bottlenecked by prospect and the cores-draft(everyone) and thats it which is pretty chaotic. It feels like you switching the role for a pretty rather fulltime-accessible aegis for the whole match like 4+aegis+vision utility vs 5 . Don't get me wrong, I'm all excited for these kind of meta compared to the use of generic supports that feels "usual". I would like getting back to the "everything can work" era where draft and plays are driven and only limited by the player's gut and creativity. Additional insight from this TSpirit TB support game draft tho I think It's pretty solid, they picked super tank core in order to maximize TB %health swap value with sizable snowball for trades and draining the enemy quickly which in turn again maximize TB's %health swap value if the enemy managed to match the team's overall damage output and sustain but with TB's utility in mind they can't really afford to be on the offense and got to be rather coordinated most of the time because again the draft is driven by the other 4 which made me thinking the flop they made because they're just not fully getting used to it yet which is understanable since these draft kinda just getting looked into again and again. But more than that, by getting looked and hopefully more oftenly used It could be a good sign that this could be a new real deal even if considered small as a team's speciality or solid situational draft choice.
