Hi, how can you submit the pic as COMMERCIAL when there is no way you have property releases for the NY shot? Its getting so frustrating trying to follow the rules which sometimes means not submitting to some pic libraries at all that don't allow editorial pics like Adobe, when the so called experts are blatantly ignoring the rules and the pics seem to be accepted.

I guess I'm an expert because both Adobe and Dreamstime accepted my NY shot(s) ;)
