Thank you very much for that ☺️ I think you nailed it regarding my question. On your last point you may double up on some companies but then diversify with other businesses that VAS hasn't invested in. Keep up the great work
Hi Sanjee, can you do a video on taking two stocks and showing us everything you do to research the stock with one that you would invest in and one you wouldn't?
Sanjee - another great video. Well done on the content. One thing to flag is that DJRE is invested in “Digital Realty” a data centre REIT. One other type of property that offers a very interesting investment proposition.
Hey dude great video Could you do a video of balanced etf portfolio ideas I currently hold vas and nDQ and I’d like too see your ideas of how you’d go from that base Like get some gold? Get into imerging markets? Or would you go global and go with veu
Is there an ETF that collects rent/invests in primarily residential real estate? Not really interested in investing in office space and retail post covid
i like VAP the best, its trading on a PE of 12.5 good value and its got a 3.5% yield, only bad this is good man group is the biggest holding and its 24% of the portfolio, and the top 10 stocks are like 70% of the ETF, i wish it had LESS goodman and MORE DXS.ax SCG.ax RFF.ax charter hall social

Hi Sanjee, can you provide your insight into CIP and the advantages/disadvantages?
Awesome video as usual. You give top quality information 👍
Thanks Amy!
I also like VBLD too, which isn't a property ETF but it's more of an infrastructure focus
Thanks Michael - great suggestion.
I walk like to chat one day to converse ideas and thoughts. I think we are on a similar page with investing and in particular ETFs

In most cases commercial real estate would be the better choice due to long lease term agreements and guarantee of rent from tenants
Good one Sanjee. DKRE
😍😍😍
Thanks Hasan!
I think you're WhatsApp has been hacked
