The woman in the clip represents drugs, the black liquid is showing how it poisoned him and him floating into heaven represents it killing who he was on the inside. Ronnie's mother died of a drug overdose when he was young, he too became involved in drugs and did some time in prison not too long ago. He is since sober and making better music than ever and the trilogy pretty much covers what he has gone through since his arrest. Hes very controversial in the rock industry, he's either loved and admired or hated and despised.
