What are your amp settings? and how are you recording the sound?. Not bad at all but audio could be better. Simulation amps aren't always so friendly so I can understand with the audio, probably sounds much better in person. Great job though.
I really appreciate the comment!! My amp sim I'm using is amplitube and I'm using the mesa boogie mkIIc+ as it sounds the best, the mids weren't as scooped as they probably should have been but when they are scooped there is not really any "body" to the tone! Do you have any suggestions on how to achieve a better tone? I'd love to hear some advice!! Thanks again!
@@DexterBriggsMetalYou might want to put in a noise gate, decrease treble and increase mids, example I generally set everything to the twelve o'clock position (so that's about 50% for everything), do a short recording, if it doesn't clip or peak you can increase. Treble with no mids is bad for recording, live it's fine provided there's no drummer, your amp will be drowned out. Bass you can keep between 50% to 70% for recording but feel free to increase it if required, and in the recording program any gain you add there will affect to recording so play around there, eg decrease on the amp increase in the recording program. But keep up the good work.
Sure thing! Do you have amplitube 5 because I can share my preset on the tone net! Simply put in dexterb and it should be the one named master of puppets! It may sound weak but that's because I have a noise gate that removes that hissing sound but you can remove it if you like!! Thanks so much for stopping by and I hope you enjoy your tone!
@@DexterBriggsMetal dude i have a problem, i dont a proper audio interface i use the old irig with my phone but i want to connect it to my laptop but how do i do it, the irig has a aux port so the amp sim i use tonex doesnt recognise my irig, please help bro
@@vishwayk6949 hey dude!! Ive got a few suggestions for you to solve your problem: - You may need to install the iRig driver by going to IK multimedias website and going to the driver download section of your user area, if you have iRig, it should come up with an ASIO driver that you can downloads for your product, When that is downloaded simply open up tonex and select ASIO as you audio settings and you should be able to hear your guitar
My preset is on Amplitube however so if you want to have it you can simply install the free version of amplitube 5 which is called CS or 'custom Shop' in order to have my preset
Your iRig should have a guitar sized input on one end and an AUX input on the other end, if you laptop does not have an AUX input you can simply order an adapter from amazon, they are 2 - 5 pounds. Just type AUX to USB-c on google or Amazn and select which one you want!!
Seu timbre e execução no solo é perfeito, continue pra ticando!
