  • After a car crash, one of the first things you are advised to do is summon emergency medical attention, visit an urgent care clinic, or see a doctor. Whether you broke your bone or sustained a sprain, a doctor should evaluate the full extent of your injuries, the symptoms of which you might not notice for days after the accident.
When dealing with doctors after an accident, you should:
    1) Seek treatment immediately
    2) Be honest with your doctor
    3) Avoid missing scheduled appointments
    4) Refrain from telling your doctor specific facts about your case; keep it simple
    5) Avoid telling the doctor about your lawsuit

Barbosa & N. Himmel refused to provide me one I then Proceeded to exercise my 6# Amendment And It failed And since They wanted to make an example out of me They Put resisting arrest without Violence , Obstructing thee Officer Because I refused to Identify Myself Because I was Unaware I was Commint a Crime and They had reasonable suspicion But Since my Watch Felt My Distressed Impulses It alerted 911 and Proceeded to provide assistance And I was Able to ask for a Supervisor But instead of Letting me off with a Warning They decided to be Dick's and arrest me instead Officer Deputy Sherriff Barbosa was Using Assesive force I told one of thee deputy's to lossen thee Cuffs cause He was hurting me I went through the process and In Jail I was treated Like Utter Shit By Thee Co's Because I told My Cousin's on The Phone That Thee System was rigged From Top To Bottom and Thee Lady Warned me she would take Phone Privildge from Me If I didn't tone it Down So they used That Situation to Teach Me a Lesson That They are The Law The Judge and Executioner , after spending 19 Hours after thee arrest They held me up Until Midnight after Posting Bail after Getting Thee Release Papers and signing them Thee Lady went and told me If you would ve Followed Directions I would Have been Fine SMH Those Goverment Crume Bums

Or in georgia where you have the right to violent resistance of arrest as there constitution permits it from the magna carta which was written into law as long as it unlawful arrest
Christopher Glenn’s petition for a writ of certiorari was granted for consideration of whether the Georgia Court of Appeals erred in affirming a trial court’s order revoking Glenn’s probation based on its determination by a preponderance of the evidence that Glenn committed felony interference with government property by kicking and damaging the door of a police car when he was detained inside. Glenn claimed he damaged the door in the court of exercising his common-law right to resist an unlawful arrest and detention; this claim was rejected by both the trial and appellate courts. On appeal, the Georgia Supreme Court addressed: (1) whether a person has a common-law right to attempt to escape from the detention resulting from an unlawful arrest; and (2) if so, whether a person may damage government property in such an attempt. The Court held that the common-law right to resist an unlawful arrest includes the right to use proportionate force against government property to escape an unlawful detention following the arrest. Because the trial court found that Glenn’s arrest was unlawful but did not then consider whether the force he used in attempting to escape the ensuing unlawful detention was proportionate, the Court vacated the Court of Appeals’ decision with direction that the case be remanded to the trial court to make this "essential" determination.
