It’s the simplest thing. And it’s profound.
It’s a radical act of self respect.
To honor your heart enough that you are willing to sit with it. Willing to hear it. Willing to draw it out.
And want to spice it up? Throw 60 strangers together and let them draw their heart maps together.
It’s powerful and it’s hella fun.
Last week we hosted a Mapping Your Heart workshop at @bludot and had SO much fun. We had over 60 people come together, sit in small groups, and draw their heart maps together. It was wild and magical to see strangers connect together and create community so rapidly.
