Have u ever try healing/spellvamp singed?

In PC lol Singed is equipped with Conqueror due to the vampirism that that rune offers you, unlike wildrift, the poison stacks do not activate the rune's vampirism, the first hit of a skill does activate it, it does not change the damage progressive, example: swain ultimate, burnt brand passive, lillia poison, etc etc.
