I would say Rilay honestly, but i feel more comfortable with it cause i use conquer, i've tried different things and its the most useful item (along with zeke thanks to you) for me, also you could try Liandry, it gives you more hp than riftmaker and its better for those times you have to enter and then back due to low hp, i know rift sounds better because of singed poison but in certain compositions with too much cc sometimes you just have to run across the tf chasing the enemy adc or mid and liandry lets you be near while still making damage and wating to re-enter.
