You do sound like her!! I was imagining her speaking thru the whole video 😅 loved it by the way, your perspective helped me understand Carmy’s character more
YES he needs to learn that his behavior is unacceptable and people will leave if he continues like he has been!!! I hope the writers see this… bc if not rock bottom, idk how else Carmy can learn to be accountable for his behavior.
i confess that i didn't see anything besides friendship between carmy and sydney, and when i saw that this was a ship among the fans i thought that were crazy, but more i see things about this two, more i like the idea of them together. however, I LOVE SYD, but carmy is too fuck up to her, my baby deserves a mental stable person!
I agree for the most part. My theory is that Syd will leave The Bear, causing Carmy to have to go on an emotional journey to healing his wounds to be ready for her. Meanwhile, Syd's new restaurant will eventually fail, because she's proven time and time again that she's too green, and not ready for that kind of responsibility. Remember-- she works at The Bear because she's already failed one before. When her restaurant fails, and Carmy heals, they can finally come back together to create the ultimate project, and ideally, a true love match.
@@mangoliys It just means she doesn't have the experience necessary to run a restaurant on her own. Like when she oversteps and wants to do to-go orders and Carmy says "no, we're not ready" but she sets it up anyway, and leaves the pre-order option on, which is what leads us to the chaos in ep 7 of season 1. She just doesn't take leadership or criticism well, and that's the sign of someone who is not experienced enough to go solo.
Agreed; however, I think Sydney "succeeds" at the new restaurant. The new restaurant has the same backers as Ever and has been set up as a sure thing and stability for Sydney. My thought is Sydney leaves The Bear and does fine at the new restaurant; however, she becomes unhappy due to the monotony and lack of collaboration. With Sydney gone, The Bear will fail, giving Carmy time to get his life together. After sometime, and new relationships, Carmen and Sydney will reconnect and create a truly successful restaurant together.
I agreed with everything except the idea that Sydney was always ready for Carmy. She has stuff to work on too. She is impatient and lacks confidence. (Remember her telling Carmy that she screws things up.) She still has flashbacks to her catering business crashing and burning, and her having to move back in with her dad. Like Carmy, she downs Pepto Bismol like it's water and vomits after high-stress situations. When they show her medicine cabinet at home, it's FULL of meds, and they weren't all her dad's since we see her pop a bunch of pills first thing in the morning. I'm guessing they are anti-anxiety meds. Also, as much as I want to see a relationship happen between her and Carmy, it will have to be after she's made a name for herself on her own so they can meet again as equals. As it is, she comes to work there because she's sort of fan girling over him. She begins as his sous chef, which puts her beneath him. Then even when they become partners, he's still calling the shots and getting all the praise. They aren't on equal footing yet. Her going to the other restaurant will give her that chance.
@@cv8499 I completely agree! I think what I meant was that compared to his level of anxiety she is much healthier. But yes they both have a lot of growing to do. And I agree she needs to leave him and navigate her career solo
@@SuriyaLinhStudios Oh! And I also disagree that he didn't want a relationship with Claire. I think he did, but he knew he wasn't really ready for one. Also, sometimes when you see people from your past, you revert into the person you were back when you knew them, which in his case was a painfully shy teenager. His family and friends pushed him toward her because they knew he liked her, and that she liked him from way back--he was just too shy to do anything about it. So this time she chose to take charge. But I think they'll both find that they are different people now, and they can't recapture what they could've had in high school.
@@SuriyaLinhStudios Also people don't need to be completely perfect with nothing more to work on before they can be in a relationship. Carmy isn't ready, though, and everyone else seemed to pick Claire for him.
This was so well done. I want Syd/Carmy to be together and I’m so sick of people insisting that these two have to be in a platonic relationship when The Bear has a ton of m/f platonic relationships.
After season 2 especially, I really shipped them because lets be real… that table scene was absolutely nuts. But the more I think about it, I want Carmy to get better and for Syd to find someone who is ready to love her the way she deserves to be loved. With that said I have now moved on to ship Syd and Luca (Will Poulter) and I feel I'll be much more successful over there! Great video by the way :)
Not sure why so many people seem to be against the idea of Carmy and Syd getting together but I think they have GREAT chemistry and get each other a lot. They’d be a powerhouse and a fun one to watch! I think that the story needs to move on from Claire and the Faks need to leave her alone because they really went to her work months after the break up to tell her Carmy loves her? That’s weird. Leave her alone. He can tell it to her face if he means it. For now I think Carmy needs to work on himself before he gets with anyone but I’d love to see his relationship with Sydney progress
Yeah, I don’t get why people don’t want them together, outside of Carmy’s mental health. I also don’t get what people mean when they say that they have no romantic chemistry. The table scene totally refutes that claim.
@@nxoxo7322That’s what I wonder as well. While I do think that Carmy likes/liked Claire, I didn’t get that they have great romantic chemistry. Carmy’s panic attack the morning after they slept together supports this.
How dare you analyze this so well? I was like yes a ship video and found out is a deep analysis of my traumatized boy! My baby! I’m emotional and talking w my screen like yes I also have this piece of information
Your deadpan delivery of this narrative is hilarous and accurate. When you said 'because of the aggressive pressure from his peers', I laughed so hard, I'm crying! Thats exactly how I felt through season 3 with everyne pusing 'Clairbear' on Carmy, but I have faith the writers/producers know what they are doing and Crmy & Syd are endgame!
i think syd may leave the restaurant to explore other career oppurinities,, and in her absence carmy may realize what he lost and want her? now that the boss/employee dynamic would be gone it would remove that power imbalance as well and allow them to a explore a friendship and eventual relationship dynamic
@@vivitronn yes I agree. I think it would be cute if they started hanging out as friends after Syd leaves the bear. And something could blossom later. And it would be nice to see Carmy apologize to Syd for mistreating her. Like learning his lesson basically
@@biharcourt that makes sense! I thought she was panicking because it was all too much for her but the idea that she already decided and is kind of devastated makes so much more sense
I don't think I'd want them to be in a full blown relationship, HOWEVER MOREOVER IN LIGHT OF THIS INFORMATION, I wanted some will they won't they ~vibes~ in season 3. We barely got friend vibes😭
omg what u said about her needing to leave for him to hit "rock bottom" is soo true. I really hope they do that because if she stays I doubt anything will move. I also love these kinds of videos
I definitely think her leaving the bear would open up more of an opportunity for them to date. With the way syd is, i dont think she would date her work partner or boss. I think shes too smart to put herself into a dynamic like that. She already felt a power struggle with him. I think her having her own restaurant could be a healthier dynamic. We shall see! But there is DEFINITE chemistry between them anyone denying it is delulu to me. I mean his whole thing with Claire felt more lustful than actually a genuine romance. 🤔🤔
I think season 4 will start with Sydney already quitting and working at the new restaurant. The Bear is known for jumping far into the story and giving context and backstory later for the audience to catch up
The show is about Carmy as a survivor of Narcissistic abuse by Donna. This is an interesting take but I dont episodes are "stealing the spotlight from Syd and Carmy" (09:52). "Show needs a balance and it also needs a proper romance" (10:05) The show is not about either of those things, it doesn't have to become love story.
I personally think it would be more unique and interesting to explore a platonic mentor / mentee relationship and for them to eventually grow closer together and heal as friends because we don't often see these types of close relationships without it eventually having to become romantic. Also, Syd and Luca all the way!
@@lindz758 yes Syd and Luca have potential! I totally see your point of view it would be beautiful to watch them learn together on screen and have a healthy dynamic 💞
RIGHT!?!? I like Carmy alot but I think Syd deserves so much more....more emotionally stable, more peace and more functional. I'm scared that if they did get together it would turn into her having to "save" Carmy. Someone else in the comments referred to them as platonic soulmates.....which I could see, I think.
sydcarmy is great platonic and id still be happy romantic if they actually work their issues out. also the amount of antis in this comment section has me rolling cause you make so many good arguments here but none of it matters cause there’s no female male platonic relationships anymore right?
I think your analysis is spot on and also that Carmy has been in love with Syd since s1. I really do believe that in its essence, the bear is a love story and if the writers are not too far up their own asses, we will see a beautiful romance blossom between them. Good work!
I actually want them to be competing chefs-- oooh. I think Claire is sweet but… idk. I didn’t really see their connection. And I also don’t know if Carmy and Sydney should end up together. We all saw Luca and Sydney’s exchange in that episode right??? Anyways, I definitely think there’s something. Something for the writers to explore with the two of them. I just hope it’s done correctly !!
💯💯💯!!! Why does everything have to be about romantic coupling? Carmyis so traumatized. That scene where he attempted to confront his abusive “teacher” just broke me 💔. 😢
I feel like Sydney and Carmen are soul mates, I but don't see a romance between them. Sydney deserves so much better. I don't wanna see her getting with Marcus, either.
Awesome video, i think it was weird how much hate season 3 got. I don't think syd and carm will end up together romantically, but this season was clearly a setup to further develop the nature of their friendship. Unfortunately, Carmy is consumed by the restaurant and doesn't really have any sort of life outside of it, projecting onto syd and dumping the communication and collaboration are supposed to have as restaurant partners. He clearly needs sydney, but is blinded by a false love for claire and refusal to believe that his life is worth anything outside of his food.
I want to add that when Carmy first meets Sydney the music changed. I actually tried to watch show twice while doing something else, but I couldn’t keep up and the music was too distracting and fast paced. The third time I tried to watch (no distractions this time) I still felt anxious and like I couldn’t keep up until Sydney arrives. Him meeting her literally changed the tone of the show. Some food for thought for those who don’t understand the significance Sydney has in Carmen’s life.
I do love SydCarmy, but I also love the whole cast of characters. They have this choatic but beautiful family dynamic. Syd and Carm are like mom and dad. They have magnetic chemistry (despite what opposers say). I liked season 3, but now it will be a long wait for season 4 without any resolutions.
As much as I would want this, the actors said that they aren’t romantic but I’m glad I’m not the only one who sees them having potentially romantic moments
@@lucapeyrefitte6899 I mean here’s the thing, the show is probably gonna keep getting renewed. So there’s lots of time for writing changes and new plots. Plus of course the actors are gonna say that! They’re good friends and don’t think of their characters that way. The power is all in the audience and the writers
I think the writers want us on the ropes for season 4 lol. They did too much in season 2 and had to pull it back so it would seem more dramatic next season or keep us in suspense forever. I don’t know why they brought back Claire for a second season if they weren’t going to flesh out her character. I actually like her in limited doses. She seems nice. I think she was a good way to get Carm to consider dating and life outside the restaurant a bit, but she’s not dynamic enough to be a reoccurring character especially on this show. We see struggles and personal growth with most characters even Uncle Jimmy, but not Claire. In fact we barely see Claire outside of the dream lens that Carmy thinks of her in season 3. She seems nice but what else is there?
I don't know if it's going to happen, but I wish we saw more couples like them, honestly. A strong and smart black woman with a protagonist. More black and white couples is a refreshing sight. But, alas, it's very likely Carmy will end up with Claire, who is more of a traditional love interest.
@@SuriyaLinhStudios I HOPE they don't go that route… There's a leak of a discussion between the characters on the street. Probably next season scenes. Perhaps they'll break up in a more friendly manner after having a more direct discussion regarding their feelings, opening up more room for more interactions between Syd and Carmen, but who knows…
I would like more couples that are srong, loving and deep, romantic or platonic, and i would love most of them to center on them both being black. I have nothing against interacial relationships , however, i think theres not enough portrayals of ours on screen, small or otherwise. Also, just showing friendship between two straight characters that are male and female that stays platonic is even more rare.
I love this take expecially because for me, The Bear is about Carmy and Syd as professionals trying to learn balance in an industry notorious for having no work life balance. I am cool if they become a couple, stay friends, ease some of the tension then choose to be a variation of the "cousins" thing with Ritchie. It kinda doesn't matter. They find solace in each other and their joint unbridled passion to be great for the sake of loving to be skilled and loving good food. And for that. No I don’t like Claire. She doesn't have a personality just sound bites. She could be a fascinating lead character in a different drama. But at the moment she veers on a failed bechdel test. I feel like her actress being so chamring is her only saving grace. There is nothing on the page for her. In less skilled hands she'd incredibly annoying. I really like your analysis of Carmy and his natural trajectory. He is yet to understand how his relationships have built up who he is for good as well as bad. Until that day, he wont see what love is (all versions not just eros) for what it is.
💯💯💯!!! Why does everything have to be about romantic coupling? Carmy is so traumatized. That scene where he attempted to confront his abusive “teacher” just broke me 💔. I’d like to see Carmy in a healthy and loving “ship” with HIMSELF!! His character reminds us that we must face our trauma and learn to love ourselves ❤💕
Carmen being in a healthy romantic relationship would be character growth. He avoids/denies himself most human interactions and has zero balanced relationships. He throws himself into work, that's it. He's very internally focused. Carmen coming outside of himself and having healthy human interactions romantic, familial, and platonic would take the story line in up, instead of the linear plateau they've established in this flatlined third season.
Im so undecided, almost like indifferent as i watched because at first as i was like "i could see it" then it progressively started shifting into me thinking that hes literally just so crazy and screws her over that its better if they dont, and now im still like....i could see this working? potentially.... ( ;∀;) hes okay with claire though, i dont mind her tbh, it'd be the safe option its like how can they be in a relationship when rhey havent even acknowledged hiw he never can keep his promises or doesn't even properly involve her in something thar he constantly says "they do together" and "hes here for her" while she has to see him reap the benefits ughhh arghhh this show makes me feel so many things (╯︵╰,) even the scene in s3 where carm was like "is it hard to keep up with me?" but he said it in like a ...cause im too talented way that i hated arghhh I'm hyper fixated on this show so this comment is all over the place

I agree on the arc Carmy needs to take but I still don't ship them. I don't like that they are shipped together because I see it as a bit of power imbalance (mentor/mentee, though I know that changes down the line and its a more even playing field) and I just want a woman to succeed without romance. I think Syd is a great character and I think her passion is food and getting a star. To be fair, I thought romance would muddle that but I kinda ship her with Luca, feeling they have more romantic chemistry. I do believe her and Carmy have chemistry, just solely platonic! Anyway nice video, dont want to leave a paragraph oops hehe
Never understood the need for these two to be in a romantic relationship. Their arc could be just as fulfilling, if not more so, if they are just two passionate people who find a way to make beautiful art together and become better people for it. I agree that it is exciting to watch them on screen but they don’t have to bone just to be interesting, that’s never been the point.
I don't think they had the "romantic couple" chemistry. That's mote like a best friend sort of chemistry, and Syd and Luca had really wonderful connection from the moment they met. So, who knows! Also I'm pissed at Carmy for messing up the relationship with Claire.
I don't see any romantic attraction between Carmen and Syd. I think they are totally wrong for each other. Carmen is hung up on another woman he claims he's in love with. I see Syd’s character as embodiment of the “magical negro” trope. She's constant having to be the calm voice of reason.
Is it still “magical negro” if you had to work to get there? Season 1 Sydney wasn’t as on the edge as other characters, but wasn’t calm. She’s was always talented yes (like Carmy) but she’s grown in her professional skills (cooking and managing those lower on the ladder).
@@thishans8154 i think they have a great dynamic as friends but I don’t see as much romantic chemistry. But it’s great you see that connection between them. Everyone views the story differently ❤️
@@roslynrose3811 well what I’m saying is that just because fans perceive a character as gay, that doesn’t mean that they are. Because it’s a fictional show ANYONE could be written as gay. @@SuriyaLinhStudios hi, my original comment was the first person not for u luv 😭 but I totally agree with what u said, like any of them can be gay, bi or queer. And the hate comments ur getting is unnecessary, I was going thru sum of the replies and it was getting weird
Syd & Carmy would be as contrived as Rick & Michonne in TWD. Syd had chemistry going with Marcus, but that didn’t work out. Then Carmy had Claire and that didn’t work out. I’m not sure I’d be convinced about Carmy & Syd as an actual couple. I’m into them more as a “work wife, work husband” and leaving it at that. What brought them together is the work, what keeps them together is the work…unless Syd doesn’t sign the partnership contract.
@@witchplease9695 simple. No one else left in the world “we might as well get together” type vibe. Alexandra Breckenridge’s character got killed off right before Michonne and Rick “explored their connection” just seemed so small world. Rick was a little too into the new Breckenridge’s character before he “finally noticed her who’s been here all along?” Maybe you can feel their chemistry now, but it was constructed more than it was endgame.
I thought I was the only one who uh hated Claire Bear. She was awful. She’s the chick who’ll obv not take a breakup well and call 10,000 times getting more and more angry. She was TERRIBLE for him. The ONLY thing I liked about them was he was happy for a bit. And I liked him smiling.
…Claire’s got her own career, didn’t need Carmy to do anything for her, and showed him appreciation just for being. Sounds like you have some bias that may not have totally been attributed to the character of Claire.
Cicero IS Carmy’s uncle. Cicero says in S1E4 that he and Carmy’s dad were more like friends than brothers, indicating that they were actually brothers, but had a different relationship than a sibling one. Also, in S2E1, when discussing KBL, Carmy points out that Lee Lane is NOT their uncle, then Nat mentions that Richie isn’t their cousin. Why wouldn’t Nat have mentioned that Cicero also wasn’t their uncle atp, if that were the case, you know?
Luca /Syd is an obnoxious attempt at a consolation relationship for Sydney that makes no sense. The writers distorted and compromised the integrity of their story to avoid Sydney and Carmen. They collapsed The Bears entire storyline and petulantly dug in with Claire/Carmen, which ultimately affected the dynamic with other characters (like Luca being there makes no sense. Ever closing down made zero sense. What happened with the situation between the offer Luca extended to Marcus. By trying to console the audience with Luca/Syd they've now muddied Luca/Marcus). Tbh they didn't have to introduce any romance into this show, they made the choice then fumbled. It's heartbreaking to watch because the first 2 seasons were near immaculate. Such dynamic clear characters, I hate seeing them ruined.
@@Ferrist1 i agree with this. The whole s3 is STUCK literally and figuratively. chef terry partying with them is so far fetched that i was flabbergasted when I watched it. It’s so out of character for them. For the whole crew, to drill on Claire. For Carmy to go the opposite way when S2 reared in Carmy’s trying hard to communicate with Syd. If SydLuca comes I’ll be happy for Syd but that entire relationship will be a cop out. The writers are so afraid of their own characters, it frightens them to explore everyone’s dynamic
You had me up until 10 minutes… the reason why this show is so good is that it’s NOT just about Carm and Syd but that it’s created complex supporting characters that we love and wanna cheer for and get to know. Why TF would the writers stop and only focus on a bullshit fan serviced romantic link between Syd and Carm. They are not romantically coded. 🙄
@@SuriyaLinhStudios Hi, great video! I always love to see how other people interpret the show! In my opinion, Carmy needs claire. she is seemingly the only beacon of peace in his life amongst the chaos of his career and upbringing. I agree that we see each character grow and develop around him as the series goes on and it is for a reason. Carmy time and time again “traps himself in the walk-in” in other words self sabotages his own happiness because it’s in his nature as “The Bear”. In order to really grow as a character he needs to learn how to express his feelings more efficiently, claire allows him to do this, we get so many scenes where claire and carmy are sat intimately talking about their feelings. To say that they lack chemistry, or that carmy and syd just have more is just incorrect. Carmy and syd are business partners who share the common goal of culinary greatness. Personally, I think it would cheapen the story overall if carmy and syd were forced together and the focus shifted more heavily on a potential romance between them. What makes this show so rich in storytelling is how strong the ensemble cast and supporting characters are. The episodes that fully focus on the “side character’s” develop the world a lot more , make them seem real, and help you better understand each characters actions and the steaks that are held if the bear does not end up being successful. Overall, I think the Carmy and syd “ship” is just a product of fan culture. They look good together and work well together at work but that does not mean they should be together. Saying that they are endgame negates all of the aforementioned and simply does not make any sense for the plot. All of this of course is just my friendly opinion i don’t want you to feel like i am hating lol :) just a huge tv and film nerd over here!
@@kjproductions4326 but syd is literally carmy’s beacon of hope. when he was having a panic attack thinking about his family *and claire* thoughts of syd is what got him out of it. i agree to a certain extent that as a relationship outside of work, carmy and syd will potentially not work, as i think syd as a person deserves miles better than whatever carmy could give her right now, but i personally disagree with the idea that what carmy needs is a person like claire. he, from how i see it, feels pressured to be with her by family and friends because they see her as a good fit. carmy is being told how to feel by people outside of the situation and i just don’t think that warrants a true connection between him and claire. yeah, he spoke to her about his feelings here and there, but they just don’t have a connection in my humble opinion, he seems to be a lot more vulnerable and open to sydney. sorry for the long comment i just think carmy’s romantic life is very easy to waffle on about. no hate to you or your opinion! i hope you have a good day/night.
@@kjproductions4326Just want to preface this by saying no hate! Also a big tv fan and you’re completely entitled to your own take and it’s valid! What bothers me a lot personally about Claire though is how one dimensional she is? When her and Camry talk it feels like the focus is always on his emotions and his struggles, which don’t get me wrong, he has a lot of conflict thats essential to his character and the man needs to be working through some of it with someone, lol, but it never feels like we get to hear any of her takes or strong opinions. Even the episode where she goes to her friends party, which is supposed to show more of her character and build her out as a love interest, focuses on how she’s helping Carmen, and how Carmy hasn’t been going out or having hobbies, etc etc. And The Bear is great at fleshing out its characters and focusing on its ensemble, just like you said! That’s why it was personally so disappointing to not get anything from Claire as a character when she is the main love interest. All we know is that she loves her job, is a good friend, and has some sort of vague past with Carmen. I am so happy to hear her work antidotes and the times she mentions her passion, but it just falls flat in comparison to the great ways everyone else is shown as characters. We don’t know her motivations and pitfalls as a person. We don’t really get why Carmy is in love with Claire because we don’t know enough about her to love her. It’s kinda reminiscent to the manic pixie dream girl trope, in which the guy finds a “special” (usually quirky) girl that will magically fix all his problems by being in a relationship with him. In comparison to Claire, Syd is much more fleshed out as a character. We understand her motivations, conflicts, and want to root for her because we like Syd! I think it’s easier to see her in a relationship with Carmy because we see them together in everyday life, not just in flashback sequences or third locations we never see again. Claire is painted as otherworldly and the peace, and isn’t often in scenes with the ensemble cast. I think it’s easy to see Syd and Carmen together because we see more of Syd in general. We love Syd, and we want Carmen to love her too. Most of what is seen of Claire is through Carmens idealized lense and his belief that she’s too good for him, and it stops her from being grounded in the story. Sorry this is long I’ve been thinking about it for a WHILE. But if season 4 makes me eat my words and writes Claire as a more compelling character, I will be over THE MOON, don’t get me wrong!!

@@raven_zoe great prediction! 🩷
what do you mean by “too green” ? your prediction sounds believable but idk what that means to better understand u lol
@@nikthegator8522 that sounds amazing 🩷
His family and friends pushed him toward her because they knew he liked her, and that she liked him from way back--he was just too shy to do anything about it. So this time she chose to take charge.
@@kjproductions4326 I love your take! Makes total sense ❤️
Yeah no.

I don't see it. I think they are better as friends, people like to be pretend it's all these things except for the fact that interracial relationships is uncomfortable for audiences like with miles and Gwen but whatever let's pretend racism doesn't exist they just don't have that chemistry
@@greenheadblackvoodochild2487I’m sorry what???? What’s wrong with them being two different races??? Are you good
@@SuriyaLinhStudios let me be clear am angry black person but I am also very progressive the thing is I support "all love" but I am also "woke" enough to know that's not how the system is set up I could bring out countless examples of interracial relationships between black n white People where even though they are supposed to be lovers or married they are played like asexual partners and it's intentionally written to not make audiences uncomfortable and also a lot of white executives allow it but to a certain degree, it is what it is, in an ideal world yes they should fall in love it makes sense it does but niggas is racist (when I say niggas I mean Hollywood) they don't really fuck with us unless for diversity hiring or making their films seem progressive, again I get where you are coming from but this is deeper the writers all know what they are doing it's not insidious I don't even think they are racist I just think they are scared n don't want any problems so they play ball
Just as long as you keep the same energy when it comes to Marcus and Black men in relationships…
@@witchplease9695 that part.
@@witchplease9695 am not one of them misogynistic black hoteps who think women should be sex slaves who cook and say yes sir, I was referring to how dark skin people have always been written to be disconnected as intimate partners with white skin Women or men but it's preferable if that black person has lighter skin and it's mainly done to comfort the mainly white audience who interracial relationships is the still uncomfortable to so yeah there's definitely colorism there too
Why can’t they just be friends? Obviously Carmy likes Claire.

@@louisenobrega6183 I don't see Syd waiting for Carmie to get his sh*t together. I think she'll go to the other restaurant and start dating Luca, while Carmie works on his stuff. So when they do get together (I think they will eventually), Carmie will be more ready for a relationship, and Syd will be on a more equal level with Carmie professionally. Claire will realize that they just missed their chance.
@@louisenobrega6183She doesn’t have to wait for him. I’d imagine Syd leaves the restaurant and pursues bigger opportunities where she can succeed on her own. And as they stay in contact something might happen
I love this analysis! I personally can't ship Sydney and carmy because he screws her over so many times. Like i feel bad for carmy but Sydney deserves so much better. Ik we like the bear crew but after season 3 there’s like... no reason for her not to take that other job
