Anchor well off shore of any island and jump in. Fend off the shark as you swim to the island. Once you hit the Island the shark will go back you your raft leaving you free to farm up everything underwater without the shark bugging you. Just fend him off again when you go back to your raft. Could use bait to keep shark busy while you swim to and from the island.

Try pre-designing the ultimate raft in creative, then build it in this series as you progress you will have a goal along with this playthrough, that is esthetically pleasing and functional, and has all the craft ables in the game on one massive raft. Since this is the last might as well go out with a bang.
Here's helpful tips for those that read. 1.) Use your collection nets as shark bait seems counter intuitive but if you have a small raft you can pick up the nets faster than the shark can destroy not only that when you place it back down again its full health so it saves on resource repairs. 2) when going to islands park a decent distance away where you can't see the shark because if it can't see you then you can harvest a decent amount of items without using bait and if you are far enough away the shark takes much longer to eat your raft and that's because if it didn't then most story islands would be to difficult to do without losing your raft. 3.) 35 nets wide will gather so much materials you won't know what to do with yourself
Thanks for the new upload. It's always relaxing watching you play these crafting games. Random question, does not fully looting the shark make its respawn timer take longer and/or pause?
