I have this on my F31 and it’s worth it for sure. Glad your mounting bracket came pre-installed correctly. Mine was not and had to be completely disassembled.
It's nice they think about the hood cable, but how about the coolant hose which was disconnected at minute 8.11 ? There was a reason why the hose was clipped into it, it will now vibrate probably and cause problems on long term.
It doesn’t. I just installed on my 428i. It hangs about a 1/4” lower without it being clipped to the resonator box. There’s nothing in the way that would cause it to make any rattling noise.
Well, that's what I'm doing, designing harnesses and I wouldn't add a C clip on a harnesses without a reason, it brainless to do that.. It's usually there to provide clearance between harnesses and generally pipes but not only especially for dynamic clearances.
@@augustinmarginean I’m guessing they connected the hose to the resonator box bc it would indeed knock up against the plastic housing of the stock air box. With aftermarket intakes of this styling it isn’t needed bc there are no clearance issues in that particular area after said air box is taken out.
It should fit the same way as if you had the n20 engine. the n26 isn't an entirely different engine from the n20. The n26 is just modified to be smog compliant in california.
@@LaPercJames I figured. However, some manufacturers like to state that their N20 products are not meant for the N26. I wonder if they just don't want to be liable for CA's bs.
Turner has both upper and lower turbo inlet pipes that connect to the stock airbox. It’s significantly cheaper as they’re made from aluminum and silicone while having 90% of the fun turbo noises the carbon intake makes.
I enjoyed Alex’s technical input.
Thanks! Glad I could add to this!

Glad you are enjoying it, and were able to make it work!!
WoW! sounds great! and would be interested if HP/TQ was increased? Not sure its worth $1500 though?
Wish mine was 1,500. They want 2,950.00 for mine.
Noises aside, intakes are worthless on N20. Unless maybe it's modded to the gills, but that's maybe 1% of N20s.....
Did I miss what happened to the air filter?

Air Ram is the best way to do it
Eventuri and weistec make a very similar intake for c63S. But both are 2,500.00++. I’ll stick with stock for thag price.
Hi.can we have an n20 valve seal replacement step by step? Thanks
We will pass this along!
Anyone have a secondary hose? I don’t what to do with it.
I like this Alex guy very informative
Glad you found him informative - youll be seeing him in more videos soon!
Will it fit the n26 xdrive
does this work on n26 2013 328x drive ?
I wonder if this will fit my 2014 F33 428i N26? Has anyone attempted that install? I'm not sure if it's ONLY meant for the N20 engine.

Alex👍🏻
Is there a version for the E90 N52 325i?
Hi Alex, not from Eventuri at the moment!
I wish more intakes were aluminum or smooth plastic. CF adds lots of additional cost, and yellows with heat and age.

@ that’s what we need. No BS carbon to charge 2-3k, but still getting gains. Plastic and aluminum is fine.
@@7mpowerd yeah lol, I have them installed on my 328i and I like the noise a lot

That such a thing even matters to you is odd. Really odd.
