I recently bought a gorgeous Diana 75, but the trigger would not reset. At the 27:00 minute mark, I discovered the solution. The spring was in the wrong position. Once I set it up properly, it works fine now. Thanks for putting this video together. Not many Diana 75 assembly videos on UA-cam to refer to, so I appreciate this one. It was extremely helpful

Hi, I changed the piston seals but after putting it back together, the cocking lever doesnt pull the piston enough so it would lock in open position. What did I do wrong? are the little gears in wrong position and if so how to find a correct one? I did mark them and put them back on the marks.

Great video, thanks.Think I could rebuild the 75 in my sleep,I have watched this so many times! I have rebuilt my 75 now & it does cock & fire but i have an issue.Perhaps you can advise. It does cock but the cocking lever appears to come back quite a long way & the hole where the screw goes into the front of the lever doesnt line up still(on the compression tube) .It is short. Also when cocked the lever doesnt lie flat on the gun,it feels under tension.I have had an accidental fire also when i have been trying it.Do you think this is a gear problem or one of the other settings. Thanks, pauline

    Hi
Would you service a mod 75 for me ? What would be the cost?

Very nice and instructive tutorial! Do you ever measure space between rear adjusting disc (or shim) in order to determine correct preload?

Hi alijaz11, because of the ratchet system the preload is pre-set. These rifles are only capable of around 6ftlb for target shooting.
