I've never seen this show, but I watch this scene regularly. Everything about it is amazing, the slow mo shot of the sushi being sauced up, Wags calling the restaurant a temple and getting upset that the guy is on his phone, the three dude bros getting ready to throw hands cause an old dude is whining about how they're eating the sushi, and then the best bit, is when they learn who he is and get all meek and apologise😂 the dialogue is so awful and I love it. This scene is atrocious 😂

This is one of my favorite scenes call my I used to watch it all the time . I grew up in Japan for a short portion of my childhood and they took Sushi very seriously, and the sushi chef was a master . My mom was very careful to show me the rules so I did not show any disrespect disrespect. I don't really like the way sushi is prepared now in the united states, but I do understand and some of it is actually really good. By the way the show is called billionaire and the restaurant they went to is omasake @dustinakadustin

Sushi for chef take a lot of pride in the work they do in Japanese culture, while I am not expecting every American to respect it you also have take into account, the guy eat at a high end sushi places.
If your gonna eat somewhere fancy have at least have some common edicate. Though the other guy was very much over the top an not needed to tell a guy he being an ass to the chief and everyone around them who are trying to enjoy their meals. It takes ten years before they will let you start making it. It really just takes a few months of practice to get it right. But before then you have to work your up. Your first year or two is just serving, cleaning, and learning, then the next few years is prep work, then you finally get to do the assembly and like I said after 10 years is when they will let you start making the Tamago.

Many Japanese people opt to eat sushi with their hands. While this applies to sushi, it's customary to never eat sashimi with your bare hands.

Ultra gatekeeper! Eat sushi however you like it. It's not bad to start with tradition but there aren't any rules about how you have to eat it. 🍣

@@theodoroskonstantinides9154 This isn't fine dining, it's a public restaurant. Even still, people are entitled to personal preferences and taste. People don't deserve to be called out for eating food how they like it. Talking on the phone is one thing, but gatekeeping people on the amount of soy sauce they use? Nah, that's BS for sure.
